gmt u dont know my situation. i withdrew 6/6 i still dont have a pickup info. my withrwal status was changed today to AUTORIZED. dont comment like i dont have to worry about my funds. i been waiting for 15 days!

I just meant that you were 1 step closer then you were before to being authorized (processing status i think?), and everytime I've had it change to authorize for me the payment came shortly after. Anyways gl and hope your receive it soon.

how soon? i clicked on cashier window. it will let me withdraw another western union transsaction. but theres still one pending. so im just gonna wait for the pending to cleared out. im planning to cash out 2k.

Do you contact support before or after you receive WU to get the fee refunded?

I think for $2k pick up you have to have two forum's of ID and some other stuff, I was reading the rules and all that today. The card is great I use it all the time. You can also load money on your card easy as pie all you do is give them the MTCN # and the money is on your card. For some reason it give you error code online or not able to load the money over the phone automated system ask for live customer REP and they more than likely " 95% " will be able to get the money on your card because it could be slight error with phone number. They always able to help me out....... One more thing make sure to get the VISA prepaid card because it works great to deposit money on LOCK, The Mastercard does not work all the time and can be a pain in the butt.

how can i get my processing fee refunded? shane refuses to reply to any message i send and support just sends me a message on how to use western Union. it seems like they dont even read the email. any help would be appreciated thanks

Cash out requested on 6/9/2012 and is STILL in "requested status"

13 days and they haven't even moved it along yet.

couple of quick things.

I have done sev withdraws in past with no problems except I never got the confirmation email. Support would always say it may have been sent to junk or spam filter, but I checked and it never was. Im assuming this email is from lock or WU. Can anyone confirm this. I would email them, and then they would email me back the info.

noticed some players are now getting rejected, even though they have past payuts.

On my payout request confirmation, my account ID, is listed as my old lock ID, and not my new ID that use now. We all had to redo our IDs when lock switched. I emailed support about this and they did not address this. Im just thinking could this be a reason why some of u r now getting rejected.

I requested withdraw on 9th and still waiting.

WU requested on 6/19. just got an email last night saying somebody will take a look into my request in a couple of days. hopefully this process is quick and not long like some others. gl to everyone trying to get paid

Well, what do you know, I got an email this morning with the info. They said it probably went to my junk folder, but this is the third time I've cashed out money and I have never received the email. Must be something with my email, strange.

tommy not only am I verified....I've gotten more than 10 successful withdrawals including a WU withdrawal post merge-revolution change. No reason to decline.

I don't think it's your email because the same thing happens with me. Several days went by after it was approved so I emailed them and they told me the same thing...it was mailed to me but it might have ended up in my junk folder. Checked the junk folder and nothing was there.

requested and declined - on my cashier history it shows the senders name and address just no control number.

Also how do you know if you received full credit back the amount withdrawn? I have alot in my account and play regularly so I have no clue.....the history page shows the withdraw requested and the money debited, but no credit back.

same here ..senders info but no mtcn # and my cash was NOT credited back to my account
