OK guys... I'm new to this forum and found it only after searching "Lock Poker Withdrawal Problems". I have to say that after discovering this forum, I immediately realized I was not in a unique situation and that Lock Poker was screwing many people over. I (as many) was recently laid off as a scientist from a pharmaceutical company and I've been struggling to survive. I did, however, find some comfort in the fact that I had $658 available to me in my Lock Poker account to offset the financial hardship, so I made a withdrawal request. Much to my dismay, nothing at all has happened. At least some of you has seen their request status change from "Requested" to "approved" or "submitted", while mine has remained unchanged.

Any advice out there?

Shane - please respond... I really could use your help here.

Thank you!

Please see following e-mail correspondence:

Hello Jonas or whom it may concern,

Thank you for your response two weeks ago. I have to say that I am losing confidence in Lock Poker to honor my withdrawal request based on the following facts:
1. Too many of my friends have requested withdrawals and despite heroic efforts, have not yet received their funds.
2. The endless complaints I've seen from other players on the "2 plus 2" forum
3. The status of my withdrawal request has not changed in the past 3 weeks from "Requested".

I am an honest and hard-working scientist who was laid off from work and I am struggling to survive. I desperately need the funds that I am entitled to. Lock Poker has never incurred a delay of more than seconds to accept my deposits, so I find it dishonest and reprehensible that Lock Poker cannot honor my withdrawal request in a timely manner. Lock Poker appears to be incapable or unwilling to honor business in the same spirit and pay me the funds I am due promptly.

Please respond at your earliest convenience and explain to me what the reason for this delay is and when I can expect to be paid.

Thank you,
Brad King

Lock Support Team,

I made a withdrawal request for $658 in the early morning hours of Jan. 13. I received e-mail confirmation of the request, and although Lock claims to print checks on Mondays and Thursdays, it is now Tuesday evening and the status of my withdrawal has not changed at all and still reads "Requested".

Please let me know as soon as possible when I can expect to see this status change and when I can expect to receive my funds. I am now unemployed and desperately need those funds in order to survive. I sincerely hope that my withdrawal is not delayed like so many others I have read about on the twoplustwo.com forum.

Again, I am in desperate need of my funds so anything that can be done to expedite the withdrawal process is greatly appreciated.

Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Bradford King

WU seem to be taking a month. Checks are taking 2-3 months. If you requested on Jan 13th, its sucks but you will be waiting awhile. So far no one has not gotten paid eventually that we know of.

Shane, any time frame when the next batch will be verified?

Mason man, i am in the us. i have been playing with lock for a little bit and will say this. The withdrawl process seems to be getting better although still takes about a month. they recently just updated their cashier and it did improve. before you were looking 2-3 months to cashout via WU. With it improved i'd say go for it just don't deposit a big amount..atleast thats my advice

Don't remember for sure, but think it was the week of the 14th.

I requested on 12/31 and haven't even received sender's info, just "verified" on 1/9.

Support emails offer nothing but the usual worn out, prefab reply. I can only think(hope?) mine got routed to a different, more terrible processor.

The lack of communication is astounding. I can't bring myself to contribute more rake until I see some cashout results.

Are you there Shane, did my withdraw get lost in the shuffle? Is anybody home?
We would all appreciate some sort of customer service.

I requested on 12/31, also still waiting on MTCN. I received my sender's info late, maybe around the 2nd-3rd week.

LOL, Lock is clearly a freaking JOKE. I just got off with a live chat rep (the ONLY person who seems to be able to talk to me) who says my account is frozen because I expressed GAMBLING PROBLEMS. I never did such a thing and did nothing but flame the support team a year ago because they made me wait 6 weeks for a check that was BAD. I try to put my faith in Lock again and I am getting errors on 2 different accounts (either of which I am willing to have closed and a new one was made because of the 615 error code on my old account). Last night, live chat said there was, essentially, nothing wrong with my account. Now, I am getting news that, essentially, Lock let me make a new account, stole my money, and is now telling me I can never play on Lock because of a FAKE reason? This is sad and nobody from security will contact me. My name is Kevin and my account is kwill7x@gmail.com and my old frozen one is kwill0601@yahoo.com. I just don't get it. My 0601 account is VERIFIED and I never cheated or said I have gambling issues to some puff of smoke behind a computer somewhere in another country. It just didn't happen. This is just despicable....Done

Yep 12/13/12 here. They say they will email when things are done, but the only email I have received was the very first one that said I requested a cashout.

Not from lock poker. But from a US serving site.

Don't believe WU was an option on the date you are quoting. From my recollection it was down all of december and brought back 12/31. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
