Not sure where else to post this question but if you get a Western Union prepaid debit card 1. How do you get a Money Transfer loaded onto your card and 2. Do you still have to go into a Western Union Branch and fill out any paperwork to receive your money?

I requested a WU withdraw on 12/31. I received sender info on 1/9 and now it says Failed under status and the money has been returned to my account. Anyone else had this problem or know why this would happen?

Pretty sure it's this or you have to pay the full withdrawal fees (think this is like other sites...). I think I read this in the withdrawal FAQ or TOS or somewhere else on the Lock site.. Too lazy to go looking for it, sorry...
