You just need the MTCN number and you can load funds online. The load limit is low though...something like $950 per transaction. Hope that helps.

OK... MTCN# Finally came today.. cash out requested 11/11/12.. denied/ approved 11/19/2013... sender info 01/06/13.. MTCN# 01/10/13.. Long ordeal dealing with cashier support.. Generic emails etc. but they lived up to there word.. Hopefully something stupid don't happen tomorrow when I try to get the cash.. I'm not sure about playing on lock any more tho.. Have to see if the improve in cash out times and for me most importantly customer support... And also a big thank you to Shane

They just went straight to "Sender Info and MTCN received"...

Hmmmmm..... WTF does Verified mean!

Your account just needs to be verified by sending them a pic of your drivers license plus whatever method you used to deposit. Then you can request a WU and just wait until they give you a control number, then take the number and your id to your local Western Union and collect your funds.

If the WU cashout times improve from the previous, then I love the new cashier. More detailed and DOESN'T charge you the fee upfront like the previous WU cashouts, if it's your first cashout of the month.

Requested a small WU cashout today to see how it goes. Will update when Verified, Sender info, and CiH.

I don't think that is true. I think when you set up an account you need to verify your info with Lock before making any withdrawals.

Anyone who is unsure whether or not their account is verified, just send an email to Lock support. I did this two days ago because I wasn't sure if I was verified, and I received an email within a day saying I was verified.

Better to do this now then to wait until you're going to cash-out and then come on here and b**** and complain about how slow the process is.

If we require a full set of verification documents from you we will send you a request for this.

If you havent had this request then you are fine to cashout.
