kinda sucks that after the first WU withdrawal of the month the max you can cashout is 1800 but really im not trippin. at least its back and seems like its gonna be pretty quick.

so this option is actually working? I just emailed support about how long it would take and all that good stuff, they responded with 7-14 days to process, then they send me the sender info? and i just go to the local western union and they pay me out?

is it that easy? or am i missing something here?

I've done many successful western union cashouts through lock. When they were good they were GREAT! I would receive my sender info on almost every 3rd week on the dot! It slowed down for a while and went down but the way things are looking I'm confident that they will be back to the good old days. It's great to see the cashouts moving in the right direction. Great work Shane and lock.

then, I emailed support and they said I was processed just waiting for MTCN. Well, turns out I don't even have Sender Info yet so I can't even request another cashout. This is bull****.

SHANE, where you at??? e-mails, PMs here, and posts on this thread.... nothing. Meanwhile, I see a bunch of people who requested in November walking out with cash. WTF

I can assure you that our Cashier team are doing everything they can to get you Withdrawal out to you as soon as possible. The process does not follow a set process as in it is not always a case of the MTCN coming after the Sender info, they can come together also. You will receive your pick up info very soon.

After probably 10 e-mails to support in the month of January, I FINALLY get this kind of response:

"Our Cashier Manager has fast tracked your Western Union payout and your pickup info will be available within 48 hours. I will contact you again when it is ready. Thank you so much for your patience."

This should be interesting. I'll keep everyone updated.
