Yup mine is 2/4 just still requested. WU timeframe is 4-6 weeks, right? Well we are at 7 1/2 weeks of just sitting there in requested. There are a lot of us in early Feb that are stuck in requested. Then it makes me sick that people that have requested after us are getting CIH. There are also people that have requested before me that still haven't gotten CIH.

Shane, since you claim that Lock is not broke and processors are the problem, is it safe to say that our "batch" just got stolen by the processor and that Lock is not doing anything about it?

Not sure why I am even asking that question, because you wouldn't tell us if the money was stolen.

I was posting updates itt as it happened.
I requested 1/17
I think about 4 weeks later it went to verified
then approved after another 2 or 3 weeks
then processed another 1 or 2 weeks later
sender info and mtcn came 1 day before 9 weeks since requested and had cih 9 weeks after requested.
I would have had the money before it was officially 9 weeks, but they gave me the wrong sender name, so it took another 30 hrs to sort that out.

requested 1/25

sitting on verified for quite some time now.

same old responses to my emails. sorry for the delay.....

cashout timeframes aren't (or at least, they shouldn't be) what your cashier team hopes to accomplish. they're supposed to be a prediction... you can't just set some company-wide goal and then quote it as an accurate reflection of reality.

I requested a WU withdraw on 2/18. Long story short....I do have the sender's name (about a week now) but no MCTN #. I've sent a few emails & the last one I received on the 22nd said I would have it any day.

I spoke to WU they said that the minute someone hands them the money then they are given the MCTN #.

So, please correct me if I'm wrong.........

1) you make a request
2) it takes 14 business days for it to go from "requested" to "accepted"
3) then another 7 days to post the senders name
4) then how long until they actually give the money to WU?

Here's the ironic part. This is my 6-8 withdraw from Lock. Never had any trouble before. This one is bothering me bc I cannot get a straight answer from any rep @ Lock.

Anyone have any thoughts? Greatly appreciated.
Shane...this is why ppl get pissed off! What is the reason that LOCK has verified and processed a WU from 2/18 yet mine from 2/8 is still requested? The verification time is on LOCK not on the processor as you haven't even sent it off until you have verified it. I'm on 7 weeks. Emailed you over a week ago and you "sent it to the cashier team." Crickets... This is getting ridiculous.

We aren't even "Verified" by Lock yet...how can they blame processors if they haven't verified the withdrawal??

I request WU w/drawal on 3/10 and obviously it hasn't been gotten to yet.

The thing is im ready to make another w/drawal but the other one has not yet been processed. Is there anyway to make multiple at the same time? I dont want to cancel my other and change the amount as it will put me at the back of the line for cashouts. I am not comfortable leaving money on this site.... but im sort of stuck.

Nope. I asked the same question.

cancel and redo it, i did/would. depending on amount.
03-29-2013 , 03:36 PM
shane,

just an fyi i've sent you 2 or 3 emails with no response yet for a cashout under sn 'mater1977'. i, like many, requested in early-mid february only to see the cashout sit in 'requested' status. i don't expect any real movement but even a 'i'll look into this' would help reinforce my belief that lock poker isn't a total sham

4-5 weeks?

i requested a w/u cashout on 2/3.. how does that fit into the 4-5 week time frame? im still sitting on requested! this is soo aggravating!

Why is Lock so hard to get WU when Intertops is so easy?

According to Shane UIGEA is to blame, makes it hard to pay players plus lock has more players to pay out. Let Shane explain it to u, maybe it will make sense to u because it doesn't make sense to me. Be prepared to go in circles.
03-30-2013 , 04:29 AM
Shane can you confirm if my payout that is requested on 1/22 has been forward to cashier department (sn: Pimp_Beast)? It has been sitting at verified stage for a long time now. I have sent you two emails already and you did not reply me.

Here, hear it from Kahn's mouth instead (an Intertops/America's Cardroom/Carbon affiliate)

It's not you, Shane is too smart to not see his employer is as shady as they come, they cannot pay their affiliates, not paying players and now the (un)fair technology. It's so obvious that Lock business is in huge financial difficulties.

Shane is just a shill, hoping he can continue collecting checks until Lock goes belly up.... He will pull a Sebok....

Thankful I get all my funds off of LOCK, took awhile but relieved...

GG LOCK -- You bunch of shady clowns.

I will believe it when I see it that Lock can meet the "new" processing times.
