My cashout request has the same exact dates as far as the approval and process, but I still havent received anything. Did they send you a Fedex confirmation number or did the check just show up one day?

So, I finally figured out that my withdrawal actually went through on 8/21 (I had no idea to even go look for the control # in the admin thing, but I just stumbled upon it today)

Thing is, I'm almost 100% sure I never got the $200 rebate for it being my only WU withdrawal of the month. Do I just e-mail support about this, or can anyone look into it for me?

Took two months, but I got my check and deposited it in the bank. Hasn't cleared yet. Will update if/when it does.

Check your history, if your WU was cancelled and then pushed through automatically for you then you will see that the second successful WU was actually for the amount without the fee.

So if your WU goes through the first time then you are due a refund.

If it is cancelled and pushed through a secondary processor you aren't.

It seems to be Lock's mission in life is to make cash outs as difficult as possible.

I requested a Skrill cashout for 7 k on Aug 28th and it's still pending.

This despite waiting for 40 days before that only to have cash put back into my account on Aug 28th due to an "inputting error".

And despite Shane's assurance to everyone on his post(s) a week ago that e-Wallet cash outs were taking between 7-14 days at the most and getting better.

While cashout speeds have been much slower than we'd like them to be, we are working to get them back to where they should be.

The current cashout timeframes are:
Checks - 5-6 weeks
WU - 7-14 business days
eWallets - 7-14 days

If anyones cashouts are over these timeframes please email me so I can follow them up for you.

And, his pledge to me that due to my previous long wait, that I would have my cashout put to the front of the queue.

Today is day 14. No money. No response to my email to Shane yesterday.

Don't they understand that screwing me over and over again with this outrageous delay in cashing out is bad enough.

Yes, I'm pissed off to say the least, but this kind of treatment of one player will greatly dissuade others from playing or joining Lock too.

Nowadays one individual can use the internet to spread the word, good or bad, about a company / site that years ago, would have taken dozens of people to accomplish.

Even if Lock doesn't give a rat s**t about me personally, or my situation, they should be concerned if for no reason other than their own bottom line.

Come on Lock, start making some progress and you could start with paying me my money when you promised to.

My last withdrawal attempt was the first with WU. Requested 8/31, got details on 9/13. Picked up the cash last weekend. It took a few days and a second e-mail for them to refund the fee but that's been covered now too. So, not great but not bad

Ibe been following this thread waiting for it to get better before I join lock. There losing so many players because of slow payouts. Its ridiculus that theyre the biggest us site and the slowest payouts by far. Y not use the debit cards like acr/true? I would love to join lock for the traffic but 2 week min for w.u. and 2 months for a check, lol! Insane

Dunno what people are talking about in regards to slow payments. They obviously aren't using Western Union. Its been clearly stated on this forum numerous times. If you request a check it will take 6-8 weeks. If you use Western Union it takes roughly 14 business days.

ya i agree, just got a WU yesterday (2k) and it took less than two weeks. I got screwed by lock before on checks, but WU is quick and now that the limit is higher it is definitely the best option.

You guys gotta understand that it isn't easy sending out checks to US players, so evolve and do WU or you only have yourself to blame.

You think 2 weeks for a cashout from an online poker site is bad? Lol...it took Full Tilt 1-2 weeks. 2 weeks isn't amazing but its certainly doable. At least it is for me....

Not trying to argue with people on here but yes imo 18 days is crazy for WU. Longest ive waited on other sites has been 8...max. Checks I agree with u on, id never request a check from any site. I dont understand y a smaller site can process wu twice as fast as a bigger one, I mean lets be realistic, how many of us are regularly withdrawing money? Most players arent winning players

I hope you realize that Lock isn't paying your WU cashout directly. They going through a payment processor just like they do for check withdrawals. And they also tend to process some WU in batches. Given the current US cashout situation, you should be quite happy with 2.5 weeks, and most WU withdrawals come in at less than that.

I requested a W.U cashout a few weeks ago and it said it processed. In my cashier it says the ammount requested and the status says "successful". I was also given a control number. So do I just go into a western union with this info and the money will be there? Or is there something else I need to do / wait for? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
