Yes.

I received my check roughly 2 weeks ago. It was not honored by my bank. Been waiting for a resolution since then.

I haven't attempted a cashout yet, but I'm starting to get worried. I don't want all of this time playing wasted.

I'm going to +1 Shi@, a little research is all that was necessary to know what you were getting yourself into. If you're from the USA and are playing online and expect to be cashing out, 2+2 is your best friend and since you've just joined you've missed out on a lot of helpful information.

Also, please stop complaining and brining the negative attitude to the forum. At this point, getting your money is off is hard--if you didn't know that/don't want that hassle...stop by your local casino and sit down at the tables. It will not be 100% smooth sailing no matter where you play, but IMO Lock has been doing a good job.

Your money WILL come and you WILL get paid with the money you won. If people weren't getting paid, it'd be all over 2+2 and people would stop playing. That's the beauty of this forum. Good luck sir, everything will be fine.

I wouldn't worry too much. Use WU for a quick withdrawal. There is a 10% charge, but they refund one per month.

Thank you, that makes sense to me, your right, I was unaware, I did expect 2-3 weeks after process but I know it's difficult to be a US player, good to hear it does end up working out, just my patience was dwindling. Although it's my mistake not seeking this forum thread earlier, till after I attempted withdraw, I admit, my mistake, but avg seems to be 2-3 weeks on here anyways so there was my patience quoted by this site's members anyways, this is week 4. I'm getting impatient and I do apologize for blurting out my frustration publically but I did have a point to make valuable to the thread, that is, it doesn't take weeks to process here, it takes months. Don't know if the cycle changes for check disbursements but dam, I suffer the long period as it seems the earliest took 5 days after process by another member post previous on this thread so i see the Spectrum of waiting can differ dramatically, guess I'll post when it arrives, I do appreciate your input as it gives some assurance it will arrive soon though...I

Shane, et. al.,

I am looking at these July requests -- and wondering how they think they will see money any time soon.

Requested: JUNE 3
Approved: JUNE 24
Received: NOT YET (AS OF JULY 6, day 33)

Everyday I watch for the Fed Ex guy -- and he doesn't come...
WU not an option in AZ for some cryptic reason. Wasted a month trying to cash out that way (and failing entirely)

shane,
my check has been on hold for more than 11business days, its an international check what steps can i take if the check bounces, what type of banking documentation do i need to send you.

processed 5/16
received 6/18

Was my check from a bad batch? And why is my bank taking so long to clear this check,
still no word from my bank , they tell me they are trying to contact the front company on the check but what is the point, noone answers that phone number and they tell me that this check could be fake.

What do i do?
07-07-2012 , 12:52 AM
don't suppose they could possibly deliver checks on saturday? or not possible?
07-07-2012 , 11:15 AM
I've been waiting for more then 4 months now for my check!!!!

check requested on 3/8/2012.

Your check was processed on 5/16/2012. (?!?!?!!?)

Received check 7/20/2012!!!! (4 months later wow)

Check could not be processed through my bank. Canadian Bank check.

I've emailed support mutiple times very vague answers and did not really reassure me when a new check will be coming in. Just gave me this
Ref #: 113448. I understand that Lock had been in transition with the new gaming network, so I cut them some slack on my check transaction for a little bit, but 4 months is just way too long!!!!

Shane can you help? Please send me a check asap, lock customer service is getting ridiculous!

What about those of us that knew checks would take 1-2 months and are still waiting after 5 months while getting ignored every which way possible by Lock??

Did I need to do research too?

So has anyone attempted to order one of those new $7500 checks promised in the Update Thread?

i just requested a 2k cash out via western union on lock. request sent 7/8. processed? received? its my first western union cash out, and it cost $200 do they credit it back to my account later on since they say i get one free cash out a month? how long does it take for a western union withdrawal from request to received? can any one help a bro out on their experience using this withdrawal method?
07-08-2012 , 04:16 AM
They refund once you get it. Just email them once you pick it up. Some people got their WU in a week recently. It may or may not take longer.

I submitted a 2k withdrawal on 07/01 and and am still waiting. It seems like 1-2 weeks is about as long as you SHOULD have to wait. Just keep checking your history in the cashier for the info with the control no. Once you reeceive the withdrawal e-mail supoort and they will credit your account with the fee (if it was your first withdrawal this month).
