Obviously I don't go on twoplustwo enough because I was unaware that I get one free WU withdrawal a month and would have been doing that. However even though I was doing check cashout I find this discussion ridiculous. Why tell me it will be there by end of the week if it won't be. And why not if something happened to affect it inform the customer. I am sure sending out an e-mail would not be that difficult. The initial conversation involves them consistently telling me that it is 4-5 weeks so be patient while I am referring to a check that is 7 weeks due. They keep referring to my most recent cashout and not my older one despite me including a copy of approval e-mail.

Reading this thread has made my confidence slightly higher that I will be paid and I have been paid before on there, though never this late.

Its now been two weeks since I have received this e-mail. I have a check pending at 11 weeks and 5 weeks and I have stopped playing as obviously there is no point if I can't get paid. You told me it would be here by end of week and I have nothing TWO weeks later.
Please fix this so I can start playing again.

Hopefully this gives a little encouragement to everyone. Took over two months but it's here.

3k check requested 9/1 processed 10/5 and received 11/5. Took a little over 9 weeks total. 8-9 weeks has been the norm for me the last several months.

For anyone that had received their check recently:

What type of package did the check come in? Was it just a standard envelope? And did they deliver it to your door with signature confirmation? Or if you're not home do they not deliver it?

Also, has anybody talked to FedEx and have them confirm that your check is on the way and in their system?

What about us Europeans , with Neteller accounts ?

This is encouraging. My check should be in that batch and although I didn't get it today hopeful on getting it in the next day or two.

Received check today went to cash it and it wasn't accepted by ATM machine at Wellsfargo. Go inside and I am told that they would "Have to send it to collections" and it would take 6-8 weeks and would be charged $75 on top of that so I kept the check.

Tried to deposit into another account with Bank of America and it wasn't accepted again.

It said "not a valid check".

It was in a large, I'd say maybe 12x15 envelope that I had to sign for on their palm pilot. Standard sized check envelope inside of the FedEx envelope from a bank in Canada. I hope everyone starts seeing their money. It took about 10 weeks, so if you're in that time range, at the very least know that they are working on it at whatever pace it is they work on it

Seriously? And really, has anybody from the October 5 batch successfully cashed their check?

Did you ever try to call FedEx to see if it was on its way? And did you successfully cash your check?

It's not a bad check, it's a foreign check, and a lot of banks (especially the bigger ones) require this colections processing. This has long been discussed from previous check batches.

Which is why WU is the only logical choice -- I don't understand why folks still request checks.

Only check I have requested so I didn't know.

bcuz theyre cheap and would rather wait for a check to bounce instead of paying a fee to receive money faster... ridiculously dumb rlly

This site is a terrible site and they have god awful customer service. I tried to cash out around 8 months ago, took 3 months to receive a check that then bounced, then took them months to just put the cash back in my account. I'm done with lock poker, going to bovada or play live. It's really not worth playing on lock if you can't even cash out

I'm starting to worry.. don't they send all the checks out at once? I see that a few people have already received their checks, so shouldn't the other ones be on the way? I called FedEx again today and still nothing in the system.. and I know from experience that if its being sent cross country it has to be express which will have a tracking number.

You pay a fee either way and both are refunded for your first withdrawal each month. So you'd rather just wait 3-4 months total to receive a check and clear funds? Ok...

So on Oct 16th support got back to me about my withdrawal for 3k and told me that the check was authorized and included in the next check batch... then I look at my admin and see that the withdrawal was approved on 11/1... what on earth?
