Here is a suggestion for Lock. Want to cause your player base to explode? Make your payouts the best in the industry. While a majority of players never need a withdrawl, almost all players think they will. Making people wait 2 months + for a check is disgraceful.

I'm a little confused about the WU process.. can someone please explain it to me. I don't understand whether or not I'm paying vig on this.. I read that you get one free a month, but than have to email them to get reimbursed ?? Does this sound right.. Someone walk me through the process.

If i request say $2000 (first request of month, ever)
I will get 1800 or 2000? and then will I have to pay the 10 pct or do I get that back?

Made payout request August 24
Received email from Lock support / JDB Services October 5 saying Payout Processed.

I called FedEx today both domestic and international and they have no record of anything being sent out to my name or address since this date. What's going on? They told me once I received the email that it meant it was being shipped out.

Oh and when I emailed Lock Support (AGAIN) right now they responded within two minutes and gave me this response (this is the 5th time I've received this same response):

Thank you for your patience. I have forwarded your email to our cashier department I have forwarded your email to our Cashier department who will be in contact. However I would ask you to bear in mind that due to the nature of the inquiries they deal with our Cashier department’s response may not be as quick as our front line support. Thanks in advance for your patience.

this seems to be the highest volume of traffic so i pose this question..

Lock is running for the US players.. and tho it takes a while you can get money in and out....does this mean online poker is still legal? if so when and why cant we play on p-stars or the new start up of full tilt?

Something does not add up ..either we should not be aloud to play at all, or we should be aloud on all sites???

The DOJ put out a statement almost a year ago saying that the law being used to define online poker as: illegal; doesn't clarify anything specifically about online poker being "illegal," therefore the DOJ was basically saying that online poker in the US is NOT illegal...

So when can i join the big networks again and play the millions of fish?

This is disgusting. Why are we all playing on this site when they pull this withdraw bull****? They have aweful support as well. At leaset Merge skins processed checks and you received the money within 3 weeks at the most.

Nah. Merge varies too. Latest batch of merge checks are over 5-7 weeks. It varies. As previous batches were much better but there was a good four week gap in batches recently. More details in merge withdraw thread if you want to update yourself

I was just speaking on my previous experience. How long does it typically take to receive a payout by check from Lock?

I'm not sure anymore exactly. I've been doing western union for past three months. You can withdraw up to $2K at a time and its much faster at 18-26 days. I just did one from 9/24-10/14 cash in hand. One a month is free I suggest that method

I requested a withdrawal by Check. I received the confirmation email on 9/16, but have not heard from them since. It's been over two weeks, and absolutely no word from them on the processing of my check.

Is this normal??? Who do I contact?

I don't want to keep playing if I'm never going to get my money!

Withdrawal approved August 16th.
Received check September 21st.
Check bounced Oct 5th.
Got returned check in the mail today, with "Dishonoured Item" stamped on it.
Emailed Lock and already sent them photos of returned check
Not optimistic.
Wouldn't advise anyone using the site.

The money is back in my account and WU is no longer an option for me.

Also have a check that I requested in September 4th, got email it was processed on October 5th, and still have not received that. Hopefully when I eventually get it on Christmas it will not bounce.
