I think anybody with a check request in Sept 2012 or earlier has been paid.

Looks like a batch of checks will be arriving today for most who requested payout in early Oct.

I called Fedex and asked if I will be getting a package today. Gave them my address and they say they do not see a package going to that address. Hopefully they are just idiots and do not know how to search their system correctly.

Do the checks via FedEx require a signature?

yes... indirect signature required.

You can simply post a note on your door and ask them to leave it by the door. Just sign the note with your printed name and they will take that note as your release signature.

I've been told my check is "on route" for over a month. I am thinking these forum posts do more harm than good for us who are still waiting. We need others to deposit so we can get paid. I can't tell you how many times in the last 3 months I have asked Lock to define the word "shortly". I called FedEx and have nothing scheduled. They even think Americans are too stupid to know that the proper term is en route, if it truly was wouldn't it be on record, maybe FedEX has a new 6 week delivery option. I have dropped many F-bombs in earlier emails and got the "don't abuse our affiliates" response, but really starting to think Lock is pulling a Full Tilt on the world.

Tried to deposit in BofA ATM automatic check thing
Got message saying "no valid checks found"
Going to go to the window tomorrow.
Probably having to do with the fact thtat it was Canadian check

let us know how long it takes to clear, if it clears at all.
