That's just it. I don't know what the story is, they haven't said why it's frozen right now. All the support department has done is ask for verification docs, which I sent 7 hours ago. I'd be willing to put my hand on a bible and swear there's no foul play going on. No chip dumping, no collusion. I simply played heads ups in two separate sessions and won 6k during the first, and around 20k the 2nd. People might find it hard to believe this is possible, but I'm telling the God's honest truth.

Here is my story - cashout requested on 10/3. THis is the latest correspondence. I am a little confused. If it is coming via Fedex a tracking it should be pretty easy to track. I was promised it would get here by the end of the year. Now they are promising by the end of this week.

Can anyone from Lock chime in here?

Looks like we are in the same boat. Anything Lock support say should be taken with a grain of salt. They will continue to tell you to wait and wait and wait. They have no access or authority to contact the payment processor. So we should all just keep waiting blindly. What a joke of a site.

Has anyone tried withdrawing via Neteller as opposed to Skrill? Any dates on those?

Unfortunately can only make 1 withdrawl at a time so can't do both and see which comes first.

Yesterday 1/2/2013. I got this email... looks like more stalling and empty promises...

I believe it was before Christmas, but not sure the exact date. Marcus was one of the last ones paid.

He was the last person paid that was reported here.

I'm sure there have been many players on Lock who have received money and not reported it on 2+2.

Although it would be nice to see some people from that growing list receive their money.

Ya I'm just an idiot. This didn't actually happen. Can you delete your post with the quote so I don't confuse more people ? Just to clarify, the above quote is NOT accurate. The new cashier now displays previous cashouts(it did not before), and I just got confused. Sorry to anyone who read that and got excited/mad(depending on how long you've been waiting).

Shane does not respond to PM regarding cashout. He ran out of lies.

However if you have a question about deposit, he will personally walk you thru the deposit process.

ha ha ha... see latest email from Lock. I told them to stop thanking me for my patience because I have none right now. I told them to stop lying to me and telling me my check is enroute. I was told by Mary (cashier team) my check has been "enroute" 4 weeks ago. I guess this will be the last email I get from Lock support.

Finally got my MTCN after emailing Shane today and it feels great!

He said that they had the MTCN for some time, but it wasn't showing in my cashier, so I suggest emailing him if you've been waiting. Especially if you have senders info, but no MTCN.
