It seems to me that Winning Poker Network is really on top of their cash outs. The average wait time seems to be about two weeks. Until Lock fixes their Withdrawal situation I will strictly be playing on WPN. I suggest others consider doing the same.

This is so pathetic. Lock really don't give a s h i t if players have to wait 3 plus months to get paid.

Still advertise payout as 6-8 weeks timeframe. Maybe they should put a disclaimer. Payout timeframe subject to the company actually having money to payout after new players make deposits. Sure feels like Lock is stalling every which way and keep using US market excuses as the reason for slow payout.

I heard also that not only do they take for ever to cashout but charge like 10% on the amount that you do. this site is crazy but nothing we can do about is as per legislation and i dont even know how they are legally operating...hmmm seems like crooks to me

Requested a check 12-3, logged in today 12-31 to find 3k extra in my account, I seriously doubt that I randomly got a 3k bonus overnight so they canceled my cashout?? What the hell is going on?

Checked my transaction history, indeed they canceled my cashout for no reason while I was sleeping. WTF!!!?

cancellation usually means they are going to try to expedite a cashout through. I would try and confirm with shane or support though.

Lock expect us to believe that players funds are in segregated account?

Lock taking over 3 months to pay US players via check.
Lock taking 50+ days to pay ROW players via skrill.
Lock surreptitiously cancelling players payout requests without notifying them.

I emailed support the following:

"I've had a withdrawal pending since 12-4-12 and I just logged on to see that it looks like it has been randomly cancelled. Also it looks like the fee I paid is now in Casino chips which when I try to convert to poker "exceeds daily transfer limit" pops up. It makes me sad to realize I have to restart the waiting process. If possible I would greatly appreciate an explanation on what has occurred.

So I got the typical: "your email has been forwarded to the cashier, keep in mind long response time blah blah blah"

Then about an hour later I re-log into cashier and poof my 2975 (3000-25fee) is gone. I check cashier and now it is being cashed out via poker instead of Casino with a time stamp of 12-4-12 0:00:00 GMT. No email response hours later atm. I realize though that when I checked my ledger it actually was requested on 12-3-2012 so basically seems like they just took my word and issued the time stamp without actually checking.

Cool thing about this whole thing I guess is that now it seems the cashier has changed and is offering 1 free cashout per calendar month which means the fee I payed before is now in my casino account instead of forfeit though I cannot transfer it back to my poker account because $25 "exceeds daily transfer limit" (tried $10 and got same response).

I just hope that this new time stamped cashout isn't superficial and I only have to wait another two months for cashout. If this is legit than I am satisfied

seriously makes you wonder... what the hell happen with them cancelling your initial payout. Also, by them having the ability to manipulate the timestamp of the cashout might not be a good thing. So much easier for them to coverup their wrong doings.

also would bring into question... whether a check cashout of 12/3 vs 12/31 really does not matter because Lock just sit on these requests. They keep using the US market as excuse but look at how long they are taking paying ROW players.

I have $27k sitting on a brand new account that I LITERALLY opened two days ago that I can't even have access to. They locked my account and told me to contact support. I've sent in verification documents, but haven't heard a thing in 24 hours. Probably the biggest mistake I could have made trying to play on this site. Their intent is probably to use my money to payout some of the pending cashouts that have been months in the making. I await the story they're going to concoct so they can seize my funds. Sickening.

what's the story here? I saw the post where Shane said support contacted you. What story can they come up with to seize your fund? unless you were chip dumping...

in any case, the brand Lock is down the toilet. probably if somebody contact their licensing authority and do an audit on their "segregated account"... they will probably fail and have their license revoke. Lock just simply do not have much money to payout.

Lock has no "expedite" payout. Lock expedite payout means 3 months.

Can't wait to get my check and be done with Lock once and for all.
