No one at Lock cares we can't get our money.

Name any other legitimate business that takes THREE MONTHS to pay its customers. Sure the US Gov makes it harder but jesus christ figure it out. 1 month should be the absolute max. They just string us a long with their generic emails that contain no firm dates or time frames, its always just "soon" or "next batch"... both meaningless terms. I legitimately believe they do not have the money and are waiting for new deposits to slowly pay off the backlog to maintain the facade of a functioning business.

Edit: I've ran my account up to a value greater than two maximum withdrawals, why even play for the next six months since I can't actually get the money?

I refuse to continue playing on Lock until they improve on their cashout time.

I finally have cash in hand. I enjoyed playing and all but it took way too long to receive funds. Will consider playing on lock in the future only if cashouts improve greatly.

Just finished school and wanted to play on Lock, but the cashouts seem worse than Merge. Will also wait until cashout improvements.

I understand the wait on the check to some degree, but what I don't understand is the month+ wait on LOCK approving the the request. I have seen some post on there saying request made 10/1 approved 11/10 then it still has to go to processing?

I have to agree. I want to play on lock, but the cashout times are ridiculous. Can't really see myself bringing business to a site that takes this long to process unfortunately. Lock is positioned to really make a name for themselves but letting it slip away each day with whatever processing method that they are using.

No way in hell you will get the check in the next 5-7 days.

Just more lies by Lock. Be thankful if you get your check before Feb 2013. From what I read, it takes another 6 weeks after it was processed to get the check. Then you have to pray for the check not to bounce. If it bounce, you will have to wait 1 month for Lock to investigate and then credit your Lock account back with the "fictious" lock money and then you will go thru the entire 4 months process all over again.

But please do post here when you get your check in 5-7 days.

BTW - my lock check was processed on 12/8. Today is 12/17. Already passed the 5-7 days. But lets give them the benefit of the doubt that it is 5-7 business days. Which would make today the 6th business days for me.

Ive been waiting since Oct 15 for my check.

I had the same convo with Live support only they would not tell my my check was even processed yet and couldnt tell me if it had been sent out yet.


Anyday now right shane? smh.

A. Current timeframes have nothing to do with insolvency or cash flow problems. They are entirely related processing in the current market. As I have said previously the notion that problems in the US market in no way affect ROW payments just isnt true. Players make many assumptions without having much of an idea of how things really work processing for online gaming. This is mostly due to the general lack of information made public by sites so they can continue to accept customers from a difficult market.

B. I have continued to answer with the updates I have as I get them. As I posted earlier this week I reached out to the cashier team on Monday to get updated processing times and they have promised to come back to me this week with that, as soon as I have it I will post it.
