I have not been able to access the cashier since this whole switch started, everything else was fine. Now I can't login and ended up getting the 212 error mssg. My password isn't working and I have no clue why. Will one of the reps PM me with something that will get me up and running, otherwise I'm done trying? I have been going back and forth for days, stopped to let everything straighten out, and then come back to this bs

well over 24hours now and still nothing. not even a generic email.

I think tomorrow I will be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge since where I stand right now I been robbed by this site.

I think I did everything in my power to get a resolution and they obviously dont give a Ish about their customers

I just tried to register for the $109 100k gtd and it's saying "Failed to register for tournament: Cannot complete tournament registration for 11149733"

Any idea why this is happening? It lets me register for other tournaments and there's plenty of money in my account, it just won't let me register for this one.

when using the forgot password link you need to put in your 9 digit zip code xxxxx-xxxx for it to work properly.

615 is account blocked due to security purposes. Same problem Im having, they gave a reason about my IP addy coming from Europe or something. If that was the case I would never be on Lock. I send an email, they send me a return email 40 hours later with a link for verification that doesnt work. I send an email about this and 40 hours + later they resend the previous email again lol. Says to go to my player administration for the form, they must have forgotten they blocked my account. Incredible.

Started this whole debacle with no access to the cashier which was never solved, and support and reps here just fell off face of earth. Now for 2 days been getting the 212 error code and can't get an answer as what to do next.
I emailed support and included that I wanted my email changed but couldn't access the cashier. They never responded but I'm assuming they changed it considering I couldn't get my password to work later that same day and ended up with this error code. I'm so frustrated with this whole process. I wasn't around for the heyday of online poker, but I imagine this company would have been laughed at, or avoided for other options.
Shane or Rizen, I'm sure you are working overtime to figure this out or whatever, but some answers to the basic questions will keep individuals from having to PM you when there are similar issues. Give a blanket statement or something please. It has been 5 days and still can't figure out how to log in, after a couple days of being able to log in but not access the cashier. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Just decided today too try on a whim when resetting my PW I left the month to January and entered everything else my real info (my bday is in FEB) and IT WORKED. So guys if your having trouble resetting PW maybe try different months for your bday and it might resolve this problem...it worked for me.

I had been locked out since Friday and they verified my DOB/Month/zip but obviously for some reason they had wrong month

In the same boat as everyone else here. I had my password stored and missed too many attempts and now have the 212 error. I have got two emails back from support over four days that said exact same thing.
please try to login again and if necessary go to the site to reset password which has never worked for me. It always states contact customer support which i do and they send this same unhelpful reply a day later.
Hope they get this resolved so i can reset my password and play sometime.

if anyone knows how to get the reset password button to work please let me know.

Anyone with the 212 error should just have to reset their password here: https://admin.lockpoker.eu/support/verification

They will need to enter their Email, DOB and Zip code.

Im told there are no other known issues so if this doesnt work please email me with your screen name so the devs can take a look at it.

Had been playing on Lock no problem the past week and just got this code now. When I go to reset password it doesnt send any link to my email address.

figured it out. tried forget password but lock site is not functional with chrome so tried IE. reset pass. no more code error for now.

I, too, have lost the ability to play there since they moved.
I don't even get far enough to talk about usernames or passwords, it won't even open the program.

I have a Macbook. There seems to be no option for Mac. It just says 'download', regardless of what kind of computer you have.
I have e-mailed them twice and have heard nothing.
