We have been trying to find the fix and support have been passing on suggested fixes as we get them but as we have seen here none have worked yet.

We are still looking into it and will post back in here when we get it sorted.

I normally wouldn't care at all, even if it took a few days to pan out....but when there is a rake race that starts in a few hours it really sucks.

Really hope there's some form of compensation if this thing drags out a few days. Maybe start us off with a few K pts already, as I was planning on hitting between 3-5K per day.

For real. Even if it's bad news...

Even if it's..."Well, we didn't anticipate all these issues, and we don't really want to push back the start of Ronin either, so those than can play can play, those that can't are out of luck until we resolve this issue"

I mean that'd be a horrendous decision on their end, but the lack of a voice on this matter is the most frustrating.

I was able to access this already. When I type in the required info to reset the password it just says "contact customer support"

i did the password reset they sent me a email then you have to put in your date of birth and zip code i did that then it says info does not match and i know i put in correct info

The password reset finally works... for me. It was telling me to contact support, but this morning, I was able to enter my email, birthday yadayada yada and I was able to reset it and login.

when i try to reset password it asks me for date of birth and zip code it still says it does not match after finally getting email from support saying they fixed the problem can somone please help me fix this so i can have access to my account

I'm Still receiving the error 212 message. The password reset link works, but the reset does not. Please resolve this, it's now been 5 days since I've been able to access my funds in Lock Poker.

I've sent a pm to Shane, which I never heard back from, an email to Emily, which I never heard back from. If no progress is made by tonight, I will just move back to Carbon and withdraw my funds from luck as soon as this mess is cleared up. From what I've heard the games are still much better there anyways.

UPDATE GOT A EMAIL FROM NATHAN SAYING MY INFO IS CORRECT AND SHOULD WORK BUT IT DOES NOT SO I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL I GUESS I WILL GET SOME MORE BS LATER TODAY HOPEFULLY SOMONE WILL GET THIS RESOLVED

The 212 error is a bit ambiguous because it actually covers 2 very different errors.

It can mean that your account is locked because you have had too many failed password attempts, or it can mean that your account has been held by the fraud/support team.

If resetting the password doesn't work either email support or shoot me an email.

I just have 2 questions for the Lock Rep. First, I also forgot pw and tried 3 times and got 212 error. I hit your link above for new pw, but nothing in my email. What should I do now? My 2nd question is do I have to deposit through wu to withdraw through wu? Thanks

I sent you a PM. You havent responded. I just figured out this morning I was entering the wrong pw but the reset pw link doesnt work for me

I dont even know where to start but I also am having the same problem as everyone else. I originally tried logging in by using my screen name instead of my email address and by the time I slowed down and actually paid attention to what it was asking me for I was already 10 tries in so I am assuming it locked me out

Ok I am still getting error 212 when I try to log in and then when I try to reset the password its telling me that I am inputing the wrong information. I know when my birthday and what my zipcode is so obviously I am inputting the right information.

Hi,

I recommend un-installing the Poker Client completely and reinstalling.

Please follow the instructions below to successfully un-install the Mac Client:

1. Click the Finder icon on the dock to bring up the Finder Menu Bar.
2. Holding down Option, click Go on the Menu Bar and click Library
3. Go to the Application Support folder and find the Lock Poker folder.
4. Drag the Lock Poker folder to the Trash
5. Go to the Application folder and double click Lock Poker

Then try and reinstall the Mac Client using this link, http://files.lockpoker.com/poker/cli...ckPokerMac.zip

Make sure you continue to click Next until the Application loads, as the following programs need to download as well, MSXML3 and Flash

Please log in with your Email and Password. If necessary, you can reset your password here, https://admin.lockpoker.eu/password

I actually have uninstalled and reinstalled lock poker for the 5th time now and still no luck. I am not a mac user so uninstalling and re installing if a fairly easy process for me

I think i know what some of the problem might be. I always had my password saved on auto log in so when I downloaded the new lock I tried to guess my password so many times that eventually it locked me out.

Now everytime I try logging in I get error 212 it keeps telling me that my account is erracountlocked.....the part I can not figure out is why when I try to reset the password its telling me that I entered the wrong information when I know I put the right birthday and zip code


Please see if there is a way for you to reset everything on your end cause im pretty sure the problem is I locked myself out of my account due to security reasons due to my multiple attempts to figure out the password

So as you can see I have been recommending the same thing from minute one till right now (RESET MY ACCOUNT!!!!)

I am getting beyond frustrated right now. I see everyone with the same problem and we are all telling you the same thing which is we attempted 2 many passwords and stop trying to update your software or try whatever else crazy idea that comes 2 your mind and just take a minute to read what we are saying and just RESET our account so it can take us off the account locked status that we are under right now.

I really hope we get some sort of compensation for this because I am beyond frustrated. At this point if this doesnt get resolved very soon then the only reason I want to be able to log in my account is to be able to withdraw my funds.

I'm Locked out as well. Same problem, had password saved and forgot it. Password link on site and as provided by support continues to give, info not correct prompt, and I know it's correct. ETA of getting this resolved? How do I email you directly?

10 hours later and still nothing from anybody.

Whats funny is I have no doubt When I do receive my one a day email its going to be a generic one asking me to uninstall and reinstall lock poker or some other useless formula that will get me nowhere
