Seems like people are either getting 2 different error codes, one in the 600s or 212.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now, still getting the same error.

Figured it'd be easier for one of the Lock Reps to chime in here and tell us how to or when these issues will be fixed for those who are experiencing them, rather than players having to wait a week to get a response from customer support.

Ive emailed our support team to find out what is happening with these, will update here when I hear back.

Not sure if im the only one still expierencing 212 error at this point, but Shane told me it was an old merge error and redownloading the software should fix it. I've redownloaded it 8 times now, and even from a link directly from him and it still says the same error.

I even logged onto a guest user on my computer and downloaded it and got the same error.

I get the same error, and from googling it I found a bunch of threads saying that it meant that your account have been locked. Or at least thats what i meant before lock bought cake network.

Yeah it's an old error, part of the former network that is irrelevant now. Don't know why some people are getting it and some aren't.

I'm gonna try clearing my cookings and re-downloading it again...If it doesn't work I might just restore my computer to the out of box state. That will be a huge hassle but support seems to not have much of a clue how to get around this since the only option given is re-download the client.

yeh I just got this - did you try alot of login attempts and failed? I have so many passwords that Im not sure if this happened cause I tried and failed, or what.

im 99% sure im using the right password, but there forgot password thing isnt working so im not 100%

i just cleared all cookies and tried again, ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRROR

Getting really frustrated at this point. Prolly not gonna bother to restart my cpu from out of box state since that 212 gonna stare me right in the face as soon as I try again.

This really sucks, as I was planning on putting in a session starting at midnight when Ronin begins, and that is a big underdog to be possible at this point.

getting the same thing, but it maybe b/c I put in the wrong password 3 times... Is this possible? I had autologin on the former lock, and forgot my pw...

I switched my email about 2 months ago, but had to use my old email to login to the vault, so i tried that one and it said invalid username or password....so i have to be using the right email address atleast lol.

If I were you I would NOT re-format your HD! I am 99% sure that at this point it's on Lock's end! They need to reset something on their end!

Question is, how the f*** do we get Lock's support to address and respond to this issue TODAY and not 2 weeks from now?

Try uninstalling lock completely through control panel, then restart comp and reinstall through main lock page.

I mean, do they seriously require a >50 IQ to work for their support staff? I emailed them after 12:00 PM EST today after the switch had already been made....

I am able to log into my Intertops account, just fine, but keep getting the error 212 on Lock...

Not sure what to tell u then. Player admin will be available in less than 24 hours and I'm guessing lock will have completely moved to revolution by then. U should try installing again tomorrow

Atleast they are aware there is an issue at their end now. Hopefully they get it solved in the next few hours!

at least in my case I am 99% sure it's b/c I put in the wrong pw 3 times. I found my pw now, and trying to get support to reset it on their end. But unfortunately they keep blowing me off with their cookie cutter responses... sigh.

Getting same error. Uninstall re-install did not work.

Yes, I entered a few passwords as well, so maybe entering too many wrong passwords locks the account? Unfortunately the "forgot password" link is not working.

I'm not even getting an error, Lock just straight up won't even load for me after uninstalling and reinstalling(Mac). Super frustrating. It also had me install some Microsoft program the first time I installed.

I tried a few passwords wrong as well and now getting this error. I wonder how long to get a reset as I found old password.
