My cbets with actual made hands get insta folds where my cbets with air get challenged.
Days like these make me want to give up. Completely destroy my winrate, $/hr etc.

I understand that downswings are inevitable and that true players try to minimize the downswings by maintaining their game and making less bad decisions but it's hard. The frustration is what gets to me the most and even if I make 1% more bad decisions than usual it still ends up costing me 1-2 buyins.
The most important thing I will work on now is controlling the downswings. When I see myself running bad or just not getting there, I'll either close the session for another day, or just keep trying to make the best decisions

I don't know if I can do this any more guys, we started out with a 3buyin pot aipf AA<KK.
We actually managed to get all four tables up above $10 with two over $20, and then some sick beats including set under set 55vsAA, set under set 77<JJ and AT<44 on x4AA4 board.
My winrate is down to under 8bbs now - hourly is crushed. I'm losing all motivation. I thought I played really well today and didn't think I made any mistakes. We can only conclude that I have some serious leaks in my game or that this limit is unbeatable now that all the fish are done trying it and nothing but nits play it.
