Month still a struggle, can seem to find much heat, volume hasnt been great either. Annoyed that I havent seen much improvement in myself as a player. Granted this may be down to the vast improvements ive made in recent previous months.
Gona grind hard next few days and hopefully finish the month well.
i actually stopped looking at my EV line, would recommend doing the same
Spoiler:
but first post a giraffe
I've also found that checking out my EV line only leads to neutral or negative feelings, so there have been periods of months where I never even checked it. My curiosity always gets the best of me at some point though

gl getting through the downer OP. stay strong
Thanks, confident im playing very well, I usually hate people who complain too much about ev lines, but at -26BI for the month finding it hard, cheers for the reminder guys, not gona check my results until the end of session(because I cant help myself) for the next week or so. This will be the last post where I complain about ev
Managed to Break even for the session the other day despite 900 below ev for the session. Left me feeling like this:
some interesting hands:
Vrs spewy reg, tanked for ages throughout each decision in the hand, so its not just clicking buttons I swear that being said I may still have butchered it. 100bb deep I just get it in on the flop, But against the range I get it in against/hands I fold out 200 deep I wasnt too happy. I originally chalked this down to a cooler so havent done any calcs but Turn could be a fold, but noone likes a folder. River I imagine he shuts down with all his bluffs/sets so tank donk jammed hehe.
At first I was like lol well played, but ill have to have another look at this and see how often im folding etc as this may be ok from villain, not that I think his call pre is very good but I was 3 betting 35% and barrelling a good bit. Views?
This one was pretty funny, villain was pretty nitty, had folded to all of my 3 bets thus far, OTF im laughing at how good I run, on the turn I hate my life. Against a reg im v happy to get it in, against this guy tilt was probably a factor in the call

Road to recovery! Im just spewing against you for future meta :P
All month i've had nothing but regs to play, patiently waiting for fish that never arrive, today was that day, and run face first into the mode of god.
Had a of going away BBQ party, one of my mates gets pissed and kicks in my door...
Suddenly im losing for the month, getting smashed in the face harder than I can ever recall. Biggest downswing to date in terms of $.
Weirdly I think Im playing pretty well, I getting sick good board runouts for bluffs, just happen to keep running into the nut top of every villains range. Kinda having to detach myself from thinking "he obvs has the nuts" and think more logically. Although thats kinda hard when its all youre being shown
Told myself ill just bumhunt for awhile until I get my mindset together, but it takes so ****ing long to get any action it would just be ******ed to refuse a game.
Im also too ******ed to learn an advanced grasp of game theory, so hit a wall in my learning curve.

I've lost abit @NL200 this month, but only a few of BI's, its getting the action thats a problem only like 3k hands.
I think Im costing myself a decent amount of $ applying some "GTO" or at least balanced ranges against, fish/bad regs, its just Ive spent alot of time thinking about that line of thought and not so much on exploiting the **** outta them.
As a result I think my ranges are far from the most profitable ones vrs most of my opponents, so I could be playing "badly", Ill have to put some thought into it over the next few days.
Things still going rough, although looking at a few other threads kinda puts it into perspective.
Next few weeks ill start sharpening up my mental game and work pretty hard on math, that combined with moving should make it a busy few weeks
Last weekend in Ireland, will be messy.
Some hands in the cooler fest
Standard of late, the first pump snap call, oh .....so tilting aswell, this guy was obvs a fish and typed in "" after the hand, as if he had trapped me so well, its like "bro you could have open shoved pre and I would have had my pants down whilst making the call".
speewu, Villains fold to 3bet was 18% and barreled a ton, so thought Id let him barrel off 100% of his super wide flatting range, jammed turn to shut out the reasonable equity all his draws/bluffs have. But upon looking at it I realize flop and turn logic coincide, cut a long story short im a whale.
Vrs one of my non poker playing friends who discovered he still had some money in his account, anyone in the world but this guy I probably snap pretty quickly and chalk it up to a cooler, but this guy is just a tard when it comes to poker. Nice board runout though
