Well if our plate isn’t full enough, we coaching 2 teams, minor softball (Shay) and tee ball (Knox).
What hv I done?

Also, we selling everything. Hv so much **** on Marketplace, Craigslist. We are finished w Outdoor Sports Creations this week. Gonna get rid of all the landscaping tools and trailer that go w that business. Done w Rayz Tennis Academy. Getting rid of balls, hoppers, etc.
We just hv this flip left. Soon we won’t hv that. Selling flip w all flat screens, all appliances, some furniture. I don’t wanna take anything w me. Fresh start wherever we go mext

Yeah back to semi-retired soon. Only thing I’ll b doing is staring at my investments and playing poker 20hours a week.
No need for tools. Only did that business because Covid shut down poker room and I was asked by a couple people. That turned into a couple more and then it snowballed. I cd easily make 100k/ur doing OSC, but it’s not who I am. Poker is what I do.

Im leaving this flip hopefully w just a few boxes.

Don't fully bank on that poker room income though, this covid **** is getting big businesses to crack down again (masks, capacity, etc.). Nothing like before, but just keep in mind that poker room could potentially get paused again - this is obviously worse case - but just keep in mind.
