I was considering it myself with how crazy the real estate market is, just wouldn't have anywhere to go.

Listed $367k. Sold first day.
Fig I wd downsize w a flip that I purchased for $130k
Staying here now while I fix it up. Maybe I make $30k ish, mayb I break even, mayb it’s a bust.
Who knows? I’m still figuring out next moves.

Hard to say my average.
I bought some on CB in the .20s and .30s back in early March. Then more as it climbed. Took some profits for $ I needed. Switched to Voyager and started buying more. Wd some for flip, added some. Transferred everything from CB to there.

If had to guess. Prob around .69

Currently hv 187,500
