So LC is having a promo starting at 12am Thursday for 24hrs where they give a “rack attack” every 20mins for 24hrs.

Rack attack is where each table has a number and then each number is on bingo balls and they spin the wheel and whichever table gets pick, for the next hand at that table the casino gives $150 free in the middle and the hand is now 4/8limit.

Pretty crazy promo gonna be packed thaats a lot of free money and a lot of people trying to get a chance. I’m thinking about resting at 8pm-1130pm and head over there tonight at 1145pm and try and play as long as I can haha. Hopefully I can put in a 24hr session that would be epic I kinda always wanted too so hey maybe?? F it?

Hey guys so I just had something happen in my life where I need to take a little time off. I’m going to be taking it easy till July 31st. So I’m putting all this on hold. Basically I have to pay 2500 by July 25th for a bails Bonds that I just used to get my cousin out of jail. Crazy story don’t feel like getting into details but basically that is gonna be hard to pay cause I don’t have that much money and my cousin doesn’t either but I know I have to help my family since no one can help.

Kinda ****ty spot tbh. I’ll be back to the grind for Day9 on Aug 1st.

Make sure he doesn't skip on it or you'll never see that money again.

If you pay that money to the court you won't see it again until 6-8 weeks after your cousin has finished court (as long as he doesn't skip out)

If you pay that money to a Bail Bond you (generally) get nothing back from them. Ex. Your cousins bail is 25k, you pay a bail bond 2.5k to put up the bond. That 2.5k is the fee that the bail bondsmen take.

I have no idea how close you are with your cousin (or what he did), so I don't want to pass judgement, but I would think really hard about the potential consequences of putting your life on hold for months and potentially losing your entire savings over someone else's mistake. Would he do the same for you? Is he he a shady person, or did he get caught up in a bad situation? Don't answer here, just give this a lot of thought dude.

How’s it going everyone I’m back and I’m ready for action. My cousin has given me half the money from the bail. The case was dismissed as I figured, but as you know if you go through a bailsbondsman you don’t get your money back. Well what this means is I have $1250 from my cousin and I’m not sure when he will pay me the rest. I need about 3k to be comfy again to start playing live full time. So here is my plan to make $3000 in the time frame: 1month to 2months.

Doordash, Doordash, DashDash that’s how. I have figured that I make around $15/hr doing doordash and the money is so consistent that I have 2300+deliveries under my belt.

So I plan on working from 10am-12ameveryday to Net $200. 14hrs $15/hr

Step2. Go to the casino and Buy in for $100. Rules: If you are up $100 you must go home and sleep. 2. If your stack drops below $50 you must go home and sleep. A Win or (W) in this case will result in a profit for the whole day of $300 -$30 for gas to fill up my tank and -$20 for food. Resulting in a daily profit of $250

A Lose or (L) will result in a profit of only $50 for the day. $200 from Doordash
-$100 from the casino and -$30 to fill up my tank for the next day and $20 for food.


Now we can run extreme examples to figure out how long would it take me to make 3k if I faced the worst outcome.

Well the worst outcome for me would be making $200 from doordash losing $100 at the casino and -$50 for gas and food. Therefore we can calculate how much will I make a week if I lose for 7days. 7days X $50 =$350

So worst outcome I make $350 a week. Now if I lost everyday at the casino how long would it take me to get to 3k. Well $350/3k that’s about 2months 2weeks and 1 day.

So worst outcome is this plan takes me 2months to complete. I’m ready to do this because tbh I’m pretty tired of living in my car and I’m ready to get my bankroll back and start crushing.

It’s a service that allows you to place an order at any restaurant that doordash is available and have it delivered to your door for a flat delivery fee of like $3/5$. In my area it’s very popular people use it everyday to get there breakfast lunch and dinner delivered. I’m the middle man who gets paid to pick up the food and drop it off.

I have JJ raise UTG $8 4 callers of $8 when tilted Asian lady makes it $48 on BTN comes back to me and I put her all in for her remaining $40 she flips over AJ and spikes an Ace lol. Had $43 left and rule is below $50 go home so I’m out. Day 2 tomorrow will make another $200 and shoot another $100 tomorrow night. Goodnight.

I personally would STRONGLY advise against short-stacking live 1/2. The value from playing those games comes from getting max value with super strong hands vs players who overvalue marginal hands.

Interesting to see that you are no longer comfortable living in your car...how long have you been living in your car, just out of curiosity? I remember a couple of months ago you said you were doing good with it...obviously it is taking a toll on you (which is of course reasonable) - edit: it appears to be at least 18 months? Since that appears to be how long this thread is?

Nice to see that you looked after your cousin, now I’d imagine that you will want to look after yourself.

Dude I just re-read this plan...you’re gonna be working 14 hours a day EVERY DAY? 98 hours per week? And then going to the casino after your doordash session and putting in a ~2 hour poker session (estimated time frame due to your stop loss/stop win rules).

Are you planning to sleep at all?

If you truly do do this for 14 days straight, I can’t imagine you will be feeling great/playing your best poker on night 14.

Sam, it seems crazy I know but I know who I am and I know I can do this. Yes probably been a little more than 18months. I would say I started feeling like I couldn’t do this any more last month when I had to fork over basically all my money. I mean don’t get me wrong I’m happy I helped my cousin but you’re right time to help myself and this plan will get me back into the swing of things ASAP.

Yes my GF is still in the picture she actually is encouraging me. We have been together for almost 5years she’s in this with me and wants what’s best for me. She wants me to start my “dream” and that “dream” for me is playing poker again full time properly rolled. So if I have to work 98hrs for a time frame of two weeks to a month I’m completely fine with that. 98hrs is going to be rough but tbh I have done this before and I know my will power. I won’t stop u til I complete my goal. Which is making 3k using this plan.

I’ll burn out I need that taste of poker every night to make me feel alive and understand what I’m shooting for.
