Yeah i follow roughly 1g/lb of weight, slightly more usually. Although there are lots of different theories on what is the optimal amount of protein to take in daily to stimulate growth. Some guys use 1g/leanlb of weight which for me would probably be somewhere around 180g instead 220g etc, whereas some others think u need any where up to 2g/lb which seems like a huge waste of money :O
Carbs are probably more or just as important to weight gain though, make sure u get enough carbs in (not pizza and crisps)
if u want to gain weight.

Thanks bro, feels good to finally have good solid consistent results, i haven't really had consistency like this since i started almost 3 years ago :O So it's nice to know my game is finally getting somewhere!!
