Don't smoke and don't do drugs. What good is being healthy and having a much better weight if your insides and brains are fried? It's not like you can't party, but just do it much less. Oh, and restrain from eating fast food. This will help you in two ways.
1. You will eat healthier.
2. You will learn how to be a better cook. And ladies...not just **** buddies, but ladies you can marry....love a guy that knows how to cook.

Hehe, well I haven't done any coke in >2 months now and ~2 months ago is when my partying bill just stopped being a ridic amount of money so maybe you're onto something there
. The other reason it's gone down is some of the other guys are over going to HK a lot (as am I), and ive become friends with one of the HK girls and she hangs out with me outside the club because she wants to, so you put all that together and the partying expense just isn't that high anymore :P

Yea what daddyrnac suggests is definitely a good idea, it just takes time mostly. I used to get super frustrated when I would have a -1k day at 180s but after grinding $100 hypers for a while and going on a huge mtt downswing, nothing really bothers me anymore.
I don't really have any suggestions persay because I don't have this problem, but not looking at results for a week is definitely a common thing I've heard, and I'd assume it works if you follow it

Got lawl_crushed yesterday, but due to happen with how good I've run lately so it's w/e. I ended up having a halfway failworthy session with CaptainSerious, he tried to send me hh's over skype and they wouldn't transfer properly to my computer and wouldn't convert on any program like uni replayer. W/e though, think we still had a decent discussion and we looked over some spots together and I introduced him to the program I use to study with.
Gonna go meet live@pompeii for lunch at Mongolian in about an hour and then he's gonna borrow my car to do some errands, I'm planning on grinding most of the day.
