meh, Harry is like 6th in line now. basically 0% chance of becoming king unless his brother and family go down in a plane crash, which is pretty terrible thing to think about. i can understand the wanting to break away from the royal family part. it's probably pretty shitty to be told where to go and what to do all the time. i can understand tolerating it through his 20s, most of that time he was 3rd in line and #1 was his dad. i wouldn't be surprised if he stuck around because he was gonna be #2 at some point but the queen kept living and now his brother has 3 kids. whats the point, really? they're both famous enough to make money for themselves. why be told what to do for the rest of your life?

played my 1st super early session of the year

brag: my table breaks, 4 of us go to last 1/2 game. Hero sits down with ~500 in 1 seat, 3 seat immediately says "300 max" (despite only having like 260ish, so it shouldn't really matter). i say i'm from a broken game. he then tells me i'm not. i don't respond and eventually the other 3 players from my broken game sit down, so i thought the guy caught on. 1st hand: Hero buys the BTN, so i post 2+1

Seat 3 ($260) opens to $5, 4 callers, Hero has 52o in the BB. obv calling getting like 9:1. flop Tc5s2c. S3 bets 45 into 30 because lol i obv haz an overpair. LP (covers) calls. Hero rips in ~500 AI. S3 laments and hems and haws and says "he shouldn't even have that much" - because lol it obv makes a difference if i start with 300 or 500 when he only has 260, but he still hasn't let this go. he goes on and on about how he has both of us beat. eventually he calls after like 2 minutes. LP then starts hemming and hawing. eventually flips over A3cc, still tanking. eventually calls, after like 2 minutes. run out is good and i scoop >1.2k

beat: i was already in the game for 650

variance: bunch o limps, i limp in LP w/ J9dd. BB raises, bunch of calls. KxTd7d. BB bets, only i call. Turn Ad, BB bets, i raise, he jams, i call. he obv has the only hand that beats me (KdQd) and not one of the 15 combos of KK+ or AK. can't bink my 8d to scoop. finish session up almost 400 and call it a morning.

I couldn't be bothered to get an Uber over to the Wynn one day over the summer so decided to play the 1/3 300 max at the Rio. Before I'd even sat down and taken my chips out of the rack somebody with ~$100 was having a go at me for trying to go north and saying he "knows I wasn't a transfer because he was one ahead of me on the list."

Florida Highland games r 9 days away and training has been breakneck this whole time.

Current boulder boogie light rock record: 94 pound rock carried 1204 feet. SPC has carried a 107 pound rock 1520 feet!

Current boulder boogie mid rock record: 126 pound rock 575 feet. This morning SPC carried a 127 pound rock 700 feet for a new personal best with plenty left in the tank!

Current boulder boogie heavy rock record 178 pound rock 134 feet. We were so focused on smashing the other 2 records we have not found an implement this size although she has taken the 107 pound rock + an 80# vest 600 feet. This obviously does not translate. But she gunna take a poke at that one too.

The records I quoted are female. For male their light rock is the females heavy rock. The male record for the 178 pound rock is 1009 feet which imo is obscene
