It’s boring, but I would try to get back to the fundamentals and exclude some of the more fancy plays in your arsenal for awhile. Just playing super solid should get you around the corner without digging the hole any deeper.
And obviously don’t chase your losses. Just focus on playing your best 100% of the time you play.

this can all be explained through excel and basic statistics. No need to involve emotion haha. Over time, the better players with the strongest mental games will always win the most moniez.... right? Especially online.

hahaAs long as you don't take it personally you should embrace them since it's the reason why the games are so soft in the first place. Nobody's complaining when they 3! 108ss in LP and stack a fish who l/c 48o on 8-8-5-7-2 but it's terrible when you have AA vs the same hand.
