I missed the boat and was wrong but I still believe it will pop bc the prices are so irrational (only as irrational as the people driving it). I don’t invest in things I don’t understand and this is one of those things.

I am by no means anti btc. I simply do not understand it. Im not a big gambooler with things I dont comprehend, so I stay outta the way. I am happy that you Jbuz and others got rich with it. I was gunna get some doge at 4c or so and join my kid for a sweat only i couldnt figger out how to do that

I got extremely lucky with some BK warrants when I was young. I was gunna really pile in and yolo the sheeyit outta it. But some OLDS that I worked with told me to just cut them a check, that i was pissin my $ away etc. I ended up buying significantly less than I felt I should. It did the moon shot - I made plenty. Point is having won huge I enjoy watching others take a poke and get there - So next BTC or whatever u see lemme know - this time I will take a long hard look. Meanwhile u should prolly upgrade to and even more custom house.

Not sure I saw anyone saying there won't be another recession or adjustment.

I am saying that no one knows when it will happen and to what extent. But I do very highly doubt your scenario of GG economy will happen. But for fun my prediction is large pullback in the housing market in December 2023.(Can't wait to see how wrong this will be.)

Corporate profits will be higher 10, 15 and 20 yrs from today is all I know and we won't be in a Mad Max scenario.

I'm not sure I can use the excuse of "I don't invest in things I don't understand" because I don't understand markets at all and yet I'm in them (savings, mutual funds, registered retirement plans, etc.). But at least I feel (perhaps ignorantly) that I'm in things that have had a tried and true result over a fairly large period of time. The coin stuff started, what, last Tuesday?

But also not like I didn't have some percentage of disposable income that I could have wagered either. I think I mostly didn't because I'm at a more comfortable stage of life financially, laziness and, frankly, I honestly don't need the sweat (I don't enjoy them).

But good luck to all, but also I don't care.

People in LA are extremely extremely self centered, attracted to power and money and very shallow. And of course people that do the same drug as you are usually your besties


It’s also my experience that girls like to use guys as friends when really the guy is trying to date them. But the gurl is seeing someone else and usually has zero interest in the friendzoned male.

I def wasn’t saying the bubble won’t pop. All bubbles pop. I was saying it’s pretty much a crap shoot to time any market so if you’re buying a house to own for a descent chunk of time, just buy it and don’t worry about the market.

Hell, the US vaccines could start not responding to variants and by the end of the summer we could be worse off than ever and the gov has shown it has little patients for bipartisanship under this administration, effectively ****ing everyone over and collapsing several sectors simultaneously. Anything is possible, not everything is plausible.

One of my best friends now is a girl I've known for less than a year. She calls me her brother and people are always surprised by how close we are or assume that I'm trying to date her. Neither of us is interested in dating the other person but we trust each other with our darkest and most intimate stuff. It's pretty cool.
