after spending my honeymoon I can confirm that this is fairly accurate, and I'm taking the piece of crud thing mostly as a joke. There may be no MSFR tables at the Euro sites now, but if the legislation passes, there will be.

I'm quite unsure about this, but it seems to me that the bill refers to sites operating in the US, I don't see why you couldn't play on FTP from abroad being an american citizen ?
