What's wrong with discussing strategy? You mean you don't have friends you talk to on aim/skype/whatever about poker? Or are you implying collusion?

I think I might be the only poker player that doesn't. I don't think I've talked strat with someone on aim in over two years and I was playing mostly limit then. and I've never even used skype. is it a way to make phone calls over computer mic?

Yeah you can make phone calls with skype or just use it like aim or any other IM client.

it's also worth noting that just because pizzle has a perception that people should only take certain whatever line it was that spawned his post vs him after playing lots of hands vs him does not actually make this true.

Pizzle, please post some hh's because I get this massive feeling you are seeing monsters under the bed. I constantly feel owned by you and I wish i could say I had studied your game enough that I could pass on info onto others but that just isn't the case.

Also, who are these "random guys"? Chances are I have no affiliation to them whatsoever.

some of them are life fish guys, some of them are aussies that post on 2p2 but may not even know my ftp name based on some of their responses to my strat thread posts in the past.

it's probably just monsters under the bed, and I'm happy to just drop it. again I think it is likely a case of a group of guys talking strat and coming to some similar thoughts/conclusions on certain lines to take in certain spots and it just happens that I was finding myself in these spots against people I didn't recognize. I think some of my thoughts on the subject might not be far off, but I was definitely out of line in the way I brought it up and shouldn't have posted anything that could have even remotely been construed as accusations of unethical behavior. I've reread what I wrote and I don't think I said anything like that, but my posts definitely did seem a little petty and bitter which is absurd because like always I run like god and get lucky at the tables constantly.

as to posting HHs I'd rather not. if it happens that these people lucked into some really good plays and they don't realize it than I'd rather not educate more folk. if it happens that they've made an adjustment that I have to counter I'd rather them not know what I'm adjusting to.
