Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Setup and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button.
Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed.

is it right to guess that it is a problem at tn end since a number of people have had the same problem? if so, is it something you will work towards fixing?

obv I need to find an alternate solution if this can't be fixed as it becomes unplayable to use tn after a while

Personally I played almost 3 hours under TN1 on 18 tables - no lags and no crashes.
So I could not catch issue.
Because of this I'd not definitelly say "this is on TN end".
Something could be changed in your PC. Or in Stars client. Or in antivirus.

I posted last week regarding TN1 lag, was told to set everything as run as admin. I did this and then played a full day without any lag. Few days away from the tables and its back to being unusable. I don't see anyway this is not on TN end when its happening to so many people at the same time. I have not changed a single thing on my PC so there's no reason for it to just stop working. Are you going to find a fix for this or not? I'm a full time grinder who cant work atm..

Yesterday noticed huge lag in inputting of preset bets with TN1, was unusable. Maybe we should try TN2 .

TN2 - Whenever I click a hotkey by mistake when table is not active, then when the table gets active hotkeys wont Work. They have now been frozen. Then in order to get them to Work i need to cycle to NeXT active table in line for action hotkeys to Work Again.... its pretty annoying....

how do i fix that?

Also new tables steal focus... When ever a new table loads up hotkeys disables on my active table....

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing lag issues with TN1, Can you please confirm if this is only happening when running TN1 + Poker client or are you running other 3rd party programs at the same time?

I assume you have all sent the log files to support@tableninja.com of when this issue occurred.

I will talk with the developers on this and see what solution we can come up with, as my colleague mentioned he could not reproduce this so it seems to be affecting a small number of people but we will look into this and see what might be causing it and if it is indeed TN1 causing it we will get it resolved as quickly as possible.

We will look over the screenshots and get back to you asap.

Please help me understand this so i can try and reproduce, So you have table in foreground but no action is needed yet? You accidentally click the fold hotkey for example even though no action is required? Then when a table requires action and comes to foreground that hotkey does not work or all hotkeys do not work?

For new tables steal focus can you open PS > options > advanced multi table options > disable everything in the tournament section.

What version of TN2 are you using? Can you also send me your log file in the case i can't reproduce i can import your settings and try to reproduce that way.

Please try this:
Navigate to the control panel and open the Device Manager. Open the Network adapters section, right-click your wifi adapter and choose Properties. Navigate to the Power Management tab, uncheck allow the computer to turn off this device and set it to allow this device to wake the computer and then save the changes you made.

Regarding what other programs I use when TN1 lags I use a table counter script to tell me how many tables I currently have open but have used it for about 6 months without any issue.

For the time being I'm trying to get by using TN2 but tbh I simply don't like it. 1 is way better and more user friendly and I would echo other peoples comments saying I'd rather pay an annual fee and be able to continue to use TN1 than be forced to use software I don't like.

Is there a way to see your total SNG's registered for on 2? I like to manually reg for games and don't seem to get a counter on sensei when I do this so I never know exactly how many games I've played which is really irritating. Also on 1 there is a save last hand history hotkey which I use to mark hands and they go straight into a folder on my desktop for me to look at after my sesh, can't seem to find an option for that on 2.

Ok if you haven't done so already please play and reproduce the issue using only TN1 and your poker client, as soon as the issue occurs note the time and send us the following

1) Your TNLog and TNConfigAutoLoad files. You will find them in C:\Program Files\TableNinja

We will then investigate this further and i will also import your settings and try to reproduce.

If you manually register for SNG's it is not possible for Sensei to recognize this we can only count SNG's that were auto registered in by sensei.

The save last hand history hotkey this is on the to do list for TN2.

Can this be answered ?

Sorry about your issue. By looking at what you said, I'm guessing

A. you're using "Table Under Mouse", and I'm also guessing once you've changed the layout, a new table needs action, and the mouse is moved to it. OR
B. You're using Table In Foreground + Bring Mouse to Table In Foreground, and once you change the layout, a new table needs action, and the mouse is moved to it.

1. We will fix this this week.
2. The way we're treating TUM now is that when we bring an action table into foreground, we move the mouse to it.
3. We will include your scenario into our test cases before releasing a new version in the future.

even if no table needs action and i use hotkeys to change the layout my mouse moves about 45degree to top left for no reason

i dont use bring mouse to table in foreground

Also you have messed up the functionality of table under mouse and if they are stacked and on top of each other in multiple tile slots tables dont pop up even when needing action
This was working before you introduced the feature " behave like pokerstars "
Now i have to use pokerstars to bring table in front and use table under mouse which once in a while causes another table to pop up while i am clicking on fold to any button before my action is there on that table

2 quick questions:

How do I get TN2 to recognize pressing the scroll wheel to the left or right? I use a logitech mouse, and TN2 is recognizing when I press down on wheel, as well as Xbutton1 and 2, just not tilting scroll left or right. I've played around with the set point software, tried it both with and without.

Also

Is it possible to use multiple mouse buttons as a hotkey? (example, (M) Xbutton2+(M) Right or (M)Right+(M)Left) The software doesn't recognize it, and I've even tried remapping a button on my mouse to act as ctrl and that doesn't work.

playing rebuy mtt sngs can table ninja when the game first loads and starts double buy you in? You start with 1500 chips but you can also rebuy straight away, can TN2 rebuy straight away?

Also, is there a way to turn off "auto sit me back in" when the break starts without having to go to the settings in TN2? I usually have registered games popping up just after the break and always lose my time balance because Tn sits me back in

DIDNT WORK

Cycle tables forward and backward no longer work correctly on TN1. Seems to cycle to random tables instead. Cycle to first in line still works correctly.

This causes difficult problems with stacking since you can never find a table after you're moved to the next one. I've been away from the game about 3 months, so I'm not sure when exactly it stopped working, but it was fine in November.

For the first issue with the mouse scroll left or right, I cannot test this as i don't have that function on my mouse, So to help us with this issue can you please send us your log file, Go to the help tab in TN2 > click on contact support > click send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

For the multiple mouse buttons at the moment this is not possible, however we have sent it to the developers for consideration the latest ticket on this issue is HM-7829 if you pm me your email i can add it to the ticket number and notify you when this is resolved.
