This is because you are using a Stack layout which will always put the table in Stack layout even if you manually pull the table out, This is why you should use set table aside feature see this thread http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...#settableaside

When having like 5 tables up, and a regging for a new table - then when it pops into stack it makes hotkeys not work.

Say i want to you "cycle to first in line" nothing happens. Tables just continues with a frame for "needs action"

Its like hotkeys dont work.

For me its lagging when i play... Sometimes i can play for 20 min, and then TN2 freezes my tables for 5 sec...

Are you using Sit-N-Go sensei registration or manually registering, please tell me the exact steps and i will try and reproduce and get this looked into asap also.

Please do as mentioned above and send the logs so we can get this fixed asap. I Played 24 tables and didn't experience any lag so this is something that could be isololated to a small bunch of users and could be related to different Anti virus software, config settings 3rd party software etc.

Its lagging when I reach 20tables+ . I think my pc is OK, with TN 1 I can 30tabling w/o lagging. Lags are everytime +- 2sec. I do any action and it do small lag. When I register I see the register window for few seconds and its really hard to register other sng coz you have next action on table

Tn2 starts to click, and I can't use hotkeys for few seconds, but I can click with mouse on the bottons, without hotkeys obv. Sorry for bad english.

By any chance do you have in the Annoyances tab > auto click Info tab enabled, if so can you disable this and see if that issue still occurs.

I am sorry this is happening, This is not what should happen at all, but when the hotkeys stop working do you click any hotkeys at all? For example TN2 might not let you hit hotkeys but you click them to see if they are working and then when they start working you think it is doing this automatically?

In any case please reproduce, go to the help tab > in the debug hotkey section assign a hotkey, when the issue occurs press the hotkey for debug then go to the contact support tab > send logs to table Ninja and send them to us at support@tableninja.com

Please note you can test this on Play money tables to avoid any Real money being Lost

Please answer Ron's question, I think there are a ton of grinders that would be happy to upgrade from TN1, if there was even ONE good example of TN2 functioning better in day to day use.

God damnit, why are you so stubborn on forcing your customers to move on to a broken product? Just add a subscription cost to TN1 and let the customers decide whether they want TN2 or 1. Don't sell the software as a retail when it's effectively a beta; people are paying to be your beta testers and make costly mistakes in the process while playing - absurd.

i am a very lame pc user and i cant figure it out how to get the tablesizes for me
so i have a 30 inc monitor 2560*1600 and i would like to get a 8 tables 2*4 setup to my screen and if one table pop up just put it next to each other for that 2*4 situation.
i think its on layout/table layout/edit but i cant tell the exact numbers there or maybe im just lame

I have 20 tables auto register for TN. Everytime it registers, it registers 4 times... even when the 2 or 4 tables max i can register at once is registered. I assume this has to happen everytime? Have target number has 20 tables and 4 as max per cycle. So whether im registering for sngs... which would show 4 tables regisering or 180 mans which shows me registering only 2 at once.. the 8s and the 15s... it keeps registering even when im registered to the max number of sng allowed for one stake whether its 4 for 9 man sngs or 1 for 180s 8 dollar and 1 for 15 dollar.


Is there a way to not have that registering sound tableninja does? The thing is it will autoregister for 4 tables everytime even though im already registered for 4 tables and then its just really annoying. Thing is i have the stars lobby to the left side of my monitor so i cant view it. Assuming i have it in the middle of my monitor, i would see the popup and registering every 20 seconds or so which i know no one would tolerate since it would block their tables.

I have notified management and they will be along shortly to reply to your post, i apologize about the delay in reply.

Go to Pokerstars > Options > Advanced multi table options > Untick everyting under the Tournament section

You can set up a custom layout, go to the table control tab > layout > In table layout drop down select Custom and you should see the following screen



Click on Add slot and you will see a display window called slot 1 you can resize this table to what ever size you want place it where you want the first table to go, then hit Add slot again and do the same this will be where the second slot goes and so on until you have the required number of slots open.

When you are done just click use now and that will use that layout. In the custom layout section in table control > layout > select Incrementally each new table into next free slot.

Let me know if this works for you.

Are you quickly moving over the tables, In table under the mouse mode preset bets are not corrected until the table is active, So if you are quickly going to the table and quickly moving away then this could give this issue, Meaning you are not giving it enough time to calculate, In any case please reproduce and send us the log and we will look into this right away.

This should not be happening in the latest build 2.2.154, I have just tried and i can't reproduce. Please update to that version and let me know if it is still occurring.
