I am sorry to hear you were having problems with TN2, If you could give us a brief description of the issues you were having and if you are interested I would be more than happy to setup a tv session with you to get those issues resolved.

1) In order for TN2 to function on FTP those options need to be disabled, I will talk with the developers on seeing if there is anything that they can do so that this can be avoided but for now please follow the instructions that TN2 outlines in order to have TN2 work on FTP.

2) When you say the betting buttons are you referring to the betting buttons in the betting tab? If so What table theme are you using? I am unable to reproduce Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.

If you are using Multi-stack or stack layout there is a fix coming in 2.3.96 where very rarely that issue could happen when a table gets closed but as stated it is fixed in 2.3.96 which we will be releasing soon.

The BB display will work on Rush tables but will not work 100% what i mean by this is it will be delayed in updating, This is due to when FTP update the HH.

It has occurred to me ever since I started using the program. I stopped having it control what popped up for a while and did manual cycling but now am back to wanting TN control of that and I have 2.3.93 and it still happens. I do have a stack layout so I guess I should wait until 2.3.96 to see if it gets resolved?

Is TN2 already working with Pokerstars 7?

Right now we do not support Pokerstars7, We've tested TN with the PS7 client. Some features work, we are focusing on making TN2 to work 100% with the new PS7. We are waiting for PS7 to enter Beta-to-late-beta to focus strongly on this - since we do believe that the PS7 UI will go through several changes from alpha to beta, and probably towards the end-of-beta as well.

We will have regular updates, and very likely a section on our forums that will deal with our support for PS7 (which features work, and what we're working on, ETAs and the like)

The other default bettings are also not working properly.

It is the way you have your filters, See your last two filters you have them set to > than 50 and < 50 so TN2 will use those filters for any blind level below 50 and any blind level above 50 but not when the blind level is 50 do you understand?

So in your case because you don't have a filter for that it uses the default filter, If you want it to use 2.5 which i assume is the second last filter then set it up as bb>= 50 && bb < 105 so when the bb is or higher that filter will be used.

Same for the other filters if you want to bet for example 2.25 when the bb is 600 then change that filter to bb>=600 && bb < 1200

I haven't played on stars for quite a bit. I use TN1 to register for sngs/180s. I recently tried to use tableninja to autoregister for some sngs and 180 mans. I could not do this at all. Basically each time i press start, the sngs/180s would then disappear.


I also saw a message that after july 1, tableninja 1 won't be supported. Is this the reason why i couldn't use it to register for 180 mans and sngs? I don't have a problem with the presize raise size preflop or the flop/turn/river auto bet sizing though.


I'm confused why its not working as its very tough to play when having to autoregister every single sng or 180 man.

I cannot reproduce this, Make sure you are on the All tab in Pokerstars > SNG tab when you have the filter set up in PS be sure to save and test it in TN first.


Support for TN has ended since July 1st but the only way that any issues can arise is if PS release an update that breaks something which in this case we will not be releasing an update to resolve it.

Also does it mean if im playing on a laptop as oppose to having a big enough monitor that has at least 1920x1200 resolution, then the screen will flash 4 times every minute or so when autoregistering? This is a huge problem with doing the sit and go sensei to autoregister for sngs and 180 mans.


I dont have my 1920x1200 monitor with me anymore and now using a monitor thats only 19' and 1440x900 resolution and this is very annoying. Is there a way to prevent the stars lobby and the black box with the filter to be there or that has to be there for tableninja to autoregister the sngs/180 mans.

since the last 2 or 3 updates TN2 got gradually worse for me.
it started with bugs that already got fixed in prev. releases (black screen when setting table aside, insta-click timebank etc.) but peaked today with an epic continuous lag that got incrementally worse till i had no choice and end my session due to massive timeouts (btw think it's the 3rd time i had to end a session early since im using TN2).
i got the "we have detected that one of TN2's.. takes a bit more cpu..." message, even though i had only Pokertars and TN2 running at that point, and i usually never lag. I didnt change anything, don't have any programs interfering etc.

Would you kindly tell me how this ****ing program can be so ****ing inconsistent?
Could you stop implementing unnecessary gimmickry like Ninja Vision that no one needs and FINALLY try to make this program run solidly??

What do you mean by flashing? Yes the Pokerstars lobby and filter window need to be visible in order for TN to auto register you in SNGs

The "we have detected that one of TN2..." message is a precaution - in case you're experiencing lags, the logs could help us identify the problem.

When you encounter this, it's likely that allowing more threads to scrape the pot (Setup >> Optimizations >> Scrape pot - dedicated threads) - probably setting that to 5 or more would solve your issues.

Note that the reason we've added the message was because on some customer's machines, scraping the screen is slower (especially if running an antivirus). Increasing that number of threads has, in our experience so far, solved the issue - so very likely that in the near future we will increase the number of threads for scraping the pot, and remove the message altogether.

Can you guys make a feature like sitout all tables for who are upcoming so not the current tables. When there is a break and I am registered in a sng or something and I need to go to the bathroom it is very usefull when the table already started i time out.

There is a feature in the annoyances tab > tournaments > "Toggle on a tourney break" Basicly Enabling this feature will cause TableNinja II to automatically fold any hands that pop up and sit you out at all tables. Use this feature to keep your time bank in tact if you need a quick break from the action.

If you use this you need to assign a hotkey so when you hit that HK it will enable On a tourney break. Is this what you are looking for?
