Hello. I had problems with focus stealing that you couldnt fix right away so you told me to download teamviewer and contact you on skype. I did. Now I have tried to contact you several times, but you never replied.

I've had one other report like this. It sounds like your update may have become corrupt. The easiest solution would be to use Windows Restore to go back before you installed the update and try the download again.
doesn´t help anything written above...not this, not that gudcallm said, nothing...something is corrupted, but I´d say that would be forced updates

Sorry for the delay. The last round of updates has set me behind. I found what I think was your message and responded. Let me know if you don't receive anything.

I'm unable to reproduce any problems with the latest version of Stars and TableNinja. Its possible your copy has become corrupt somehow. Make sure TableNinja is closed, then go to C:/Program Files/TableNinja and delete the file named "TNConfigAutoLoad". Then restart the program and reset your options. Let me know if that doesn't seem to solve the problem.

still the same....no help...when i click start, little freeze and immediate program crush...

It sounds like your copy of TableNinja has become corrupt somehow. Microsoft has a tool for cleaning up problem installations. Please visit:

Click one of the "Softpedia Mirror" links on the left and download the Windows Install Cleanup Utility. Make sure TableNinja is closed and use the utility to remove it. Then download and install a fresh copy of TableNinja from the website. Let me know if this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Np, I can wait. But want to get it looked at sometime. Can we do it tomorrow? I am online around 13-14 and 24-03 CET.

I have already tried...first I updated my NET Framework via Windows update, than I tried windows restore point and downloaded TN from yourwebsite, updated, same thing...and I also tried this Microsoft tool, uninstaled with this TN and made new instalation with TN instaler downloaded from you web...again the same...before forced update everything worked perfectly...now still crashing...I play at PS.fr if that plays a role...

Playing on .fr shouldn't have anything to do with this. Please email support@alxsoftware.com with a link to this thread. I'll take a look over teamviewier and see if I can clear the whatever is causing the crash.

I'm still having this weird problem, it's so hard to work out what is wrong.

I changed all the scroll time etc in advanced settings (beta) as you said, but that hasn't worked. So far:

I thought that maybe setting the 'seconds between cycles' to totally different seconds that would not collide for as long as possible, would work, since I noticed that 2 or 3 out of the 3 lines that I have been using had the same seconds set (and therefore they're all trying to do the same thing, at the same time).

So, I set the KO ones to 120 & 180 seconds, and the 45 man one to 117 or something.

I also reset all the filters etc for the 200th time btw.

Everything loaded up fine and my session was fine for 60 minutes (which is 15 mins longer than before). I have the following filters chosen:
$30KOstt
$15KOstt
$15 45 man stt.

However, again, for some really weird reason, the filter got 'stuck', with the stars filter having the 'regular' box ticked in the 'format/variant' column, which it would not have if you are just filtering for KO stts. This meant that all the $30s available were displayed in the stars lobby and TN again tried to register for the 180, the normal turbo stts, etc.

Then, I also noticed that more weird things were happening to the stars filter. A few minutes later, 'max total entrants' had been set to '2' ... ! Which obviously meant that there wa nothing being displayed in the stars lobby, and TN couldn't register for anything.

It seems that the program just fks up after 45,60 minutes or whatever, and after that just does random weird things to the stars stt filter.

We're only talking about 1 or 2 wrongly clicked boxes here but this obv means its impossible to resgiter for the games you want.

The stars stt filter is slid to the bottom of my screen when I play and so there's 100% no chance that I have misclicked any boxes or anything. Even when I have opened it up on-screen to keep an eye on the weird behaviour I have defo not miclicked anything.

I can send you error reports etc but since TN seems to think it's behaving normally, then will that really help? It's not as if it's crashing or anything like that.

Today, I am going to again reset the filters, this time I will also add text to the stars stt filter to say '45', or 'KO'. I'll let you know if this works (but I bet it won't).

How can I take notes while using the jump mouse feature? I cant take player notes because the mouse always jumps to the table with most urgent action, even when TN is disabled. Thanks in advance for your help!

Glad its working for you. I can get a lot of information from verbose logs though if you start having trouble again. You can set this by going to TableNinja>Help and clicking the box marked "Verbose Output" at the start of your session. Verbose logs should track the filter that's applied for each registration. The logs can get very large very fast though. Its helpful if you take note of the time when the errors occur.

Unfortunately this isn't currently possible. TableNinja isn't controlling the order your tables are coming into focus. Instead its activating the table that Stars says is first in line. If the active table changes and you have jump mouse to table set the focus will change. There are several ways around this including disabling this feature. You can also type notes before taking an action. As long as you haven't acted at a table the focus stays there.

It looks like your config file may have become corrupt. Make sure TableNinja is closed, go to C:/Program Files/TableNinja, and delete the file named "TNConfigAutoLoad". The restart TableNinja and reset your options. Let me know if this doesn't seem to solve the problem.

When the buttons don't work, they flicker for a second as if they were pressed for a millisecond but then don't press

Also, when I bind a key to a check/fold checkbox... it ticks the box and unticks it very fast... probably unticks and reticks 4-5 times per click and it's random which one it finishes on (unticked or ticked)

I have the middle mouse button set as an all-in shortcut. After the new update the button stops working during a SnG session, so I have to manually move the slider to go all-in. After I restart TN the button starts working again, at least for a while. What could be wrong?

Try switching to an Aero based Windows desktop theme. Then go to the start menu search and type "performance information and tools", without the quotes, and hit enter. In the new window that pops up click the adjust visual effects link. Choose custom and make sure everything is disabled except the following:

enable desktop composition
enable transparent glass
show thumbnails instead of icons
smooth edges of screen fonts
use visual styles on windows and buttons

Not at this time. TableNinja will work for both clients but can only be used on one at any given time. To change between them you'll need to change your PokerStars settings folder in TableNinja>Setup. To find the folder for a specific client open it and go to Help>Open my settings folder.

I'm afraid not. We do have an on screen display that will show your BB's though. You can find it in TableNinja>On-Screen Display (Beta).
