are you on a Small Stakes license? that would explain it... because for some reason, that table says "$25 Buy-in". normally, party only displays the words "Buy-in" on tournament tables, so i'm guessing if you run the SaT menu item for Help->Show Testing Info, that SaT will think this is a tournament table. can you confirm?

its dumb of Party to put the words "Buy-in" on a cash table, since typically you can buy in from any varying amounts from 20 bb to 100 bb on a cash table. so this doesn't really make any sense. i will have to check this on my machine, and on other tables, and build you an update

edit/ they wont allow me to observe real money tables at all, but i do see that all of the cash tables in the lobby are now named "Buy-in", and tournament tables no longer display it. so i will need to put out an update..

can you use the diagnostic->Get Window Title, for a few different tables, and paste me the result? don't send me a screenshot, just simply press Ctrl+V into the browser after you take the diagnostic.

I just started using SaT after many years again. I use the function Tile Tables w/ hotkeys on a custom site. Everything works great except one thing that I would like to add if possible.

I'm using Toggle Mouse to Active Table function. Sometimes when the mouse is on the table, I have hard time recognizing fast which table the mouse is at. Is there a way to make the active table highlight around it, making it easier to recognize which is the active one?

If you go to the Settings Menu-> Advanced Options, there is an option to "Highlight active/focused table", that should do what you want. Let me know if that works

Why does my pokerlobby and payout screen also get tiled even tough I do not want this? I am looking for a tutorial where I can easily set it up so that my lobby/settings don't go everywhere over my screen.

What site does this happen on? If its happening on a custom site that you set up by choosing "Other" from the sites dropdown and going through the Custom Site Wizard, then its likely you didn't do the include/exclude title parameters correctly. Use the SaT menu for Help->Diagnostic->Get Window Title, and paste me the result for tables of 3 different types: cash, tourn, sng, and then also paste me the results for the lobby and settings windows

Your software works really bad at the moment. It is not pushing buttons for me. Hotkeys are set up but not working. It is recognizing the tables. It's been wprking fine in the past but something is wrong now. I'm playing on PartyPokerModern. I want a refund. It is useless.

You blame the software, but you said it was working fine in the past. What changed? If there are problems with the software, I'd like to fix them. No one else has reported any problems with PartyPoker at the moment. What hotkeys are you trying? Do only the action hotkeys fail? Do table movement hotkeys like "Move to next slot" work?

I don't what the problem is. I'm not a software engineer. I was in the middle of a multi-tabling session when hotkeys stopped working. I restarted a program a couple of times and it didn't help. I was forced to quit my session. Then i restarted my computer and the program is working fine now. But do i need to say this was an unpleasant experience and it costed me some EV $$?

Do you have a hotkey set up to "Disable Hotkeys" that you might have triggered by accident? I'm not sure what could have happened. Can you click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything? And then I can try to see if I notice anything that could have caused this. I can obviously try to help you diagnose the problem, or I can give you a refund too. Let me know what you want to do.

Greg, table tamer has a feature that tells you the country and city a player is from on Chico Network. Does your software currently do this? If not can you replicate thiat soon?

StackAndTile does not do this. How do they get the information? On most sites, hovering your mouse over the player shows that location information

No idea how they get it. But without their software it does not show location if you hover.

Hey man, this thing happened again. Hotkeys stopped working during a multi-tabling session. Tables are still recognized. Tried to restart the program, it didn't help.

do hotkeys work on other tables? does the "move table to next slot" hotkey work?

i asked you a bunch of questions last time that you ignored, so i don't know how you expect me to fix the problem when i can't get enough information

Hey, i can't post the info because atm it's working fine. I don't have a "disable all hotkeys" hotkey but i do have a "move table to the next slot" hotkey. It works. It's the betsizing hotkeys that don't work at those moments as well as bet/call/fold hotkeys don't work also.

what version of SAT are you running? the development versions should be detecting this as a cash table, but the last public release 2.99.02 will probably detect this as a $25 tournament incorrectly, and if you're on small stakes license then probably nothing will work on it

can you make sure that SAT is correctly detecting when Action is Required on that site?
