Hi, I have just setup stack and tile to play on four main sites (stars, party, RIO and ipoker). The tiling works fine - but I don't seem able to get hotkeys to work.

I have a razer deathadder elite and want to use the side mouse button (known as mouse button 4) to fold. This doesn't seem possible, but I have also tried using right mouse button as fold as well as 'F' and on ipoker (ladbrokes setup as requested) but nothing seems to get a fold (but the 'f' key is disabled for typing when set as a hotkey)

There are two key names that you can try, "XButton1" and "XButton2" without quotes. Those should be in the dropdown key name list. They work for me with my 3rd and 4th mouse buttons.

Otherwise, you could always try to use your mouse driver software to remap your 4th mouse button to a specific keyboard key, something like F16. And then set up a hotkey in SAT for F16 to capture that remapped key stroke

Yeah best to first just use a keyboard key like F just to test and make sure its working. Since its not, we need to diagnose that first. I suggest you make sure that SAT is correctly detecting when its your turn to act on the table. This is the most important thing that SAT needs to know, for everything else in the software to work. hi, whenever i use the hotkey for "stack table" it does not work whenever i press it while over my hud (works every other time)

is there any way around that, or should i try to avoid clicking it while over the hud?

Can you confirm that no hotkeys at all work when you hover over the HUD? That's what I'd expect. It shouldn't be limited to just the "Stack Table" hotkey. I'd think it would fail for all hotkeys.

One work around is to send the hotkeys to the active table, instead of the table under the mouse. But that might not be what you want. Otherwise, there is no good solution. What HUD is this by the way?

tbh, i only use stack and move slot hotkeys (the other hotkeys i use are from the stars software, and those work)

/€ also use a starscaption hud, but that's pretty much non existent

yeah so i'd guess the "move to next slot" hotkey fails too, yes? unfortunately there is not much to do.. when the mouse is over the HUD, then its technically not over the poker table, and so SAT wont register the hotkey

Didn't use SAT quite some time so currently in free-mode. I want to Play on Stars and 888 using this mod for both sites:

So i will have to add both rooms as custom site. Tried it today on 888 on a NL2 table. Custom site creator and went through all steps (test-clicks worked), but once i started playing SAT didn't recognize any active tables.

My question: if i purchase the small stakes version of SAT, will this work or is 888 with a custom theme not an option?

SAT needs to be able to detect the blind level in the table title. With custom sites, sometimes you will need to add some settings to your custom site file in order to detect the blind levels correctly. I can provide them for you. Can you use the SAT menu item for Help->Diagnostic->Get Window Title, and paste me the results?

Don't know about those, but SAT has that setting in Advanced Options: "Activate (focus) table under mouse"

Got XButton1 to work. It now works fine for party and stars, and an F12 button to ignore tables works (as it thinks heathstone and the lobby for rio and ladbrokes are tables) but i cannot get a hotkey for fold to work on ladbrokes (not tested on rio yet). I have setup the site correct, f10 in the setup folds, but when i run the test as above, it doesn't recognise it is my turn to act when the actions buttons appear (or ever). I have tried editing the site in capatibility as above, readded and added multiple times. The only remaining possibility is it due to my 4k monitor but the other sites work fine on it.

Any more thoughts? If it matters, in ladbrokes the fold/call/raise buttons are all green but it doesn't seem to detect a change at all when they appear (but does recognise the tables as it keeps them in the tiled frames and resizes)

Yep your assumptions are correct. Can you click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything? I'd assume that SAT is incorrectly detecting the colors for labrokes as either all black 0x0 or all white 0xffffff, which means that SAT isn't scanning the graphics of the table correctly. Typically this means the site is not scaling well on the monitor.

If you've already tried #1 on this page and tried re-Including the site:

and its still failing, then I'd suggest you try #2 instead. #2 will force all of your monitors to be the same scaling %, so if you have a normal monitor in combination with your 4k, then one or the other is going to look too big or too small. Unfortunately that's the only way around it, if it even works at all. Some poker sites just haven't upgraded their clients to handle high dpi scaling well.

as far as tables being stuck as New Tables, what is your New Tables setting on the Layout tab? Does using a "Stack table" hotkey not move the table to the stack?

Hey Greg Im having a minor issue with WPN. When I have a WPN table in my table grid the title bar and border will flicker white. This goes away if I use the Ignore Table hotkey but then my "Bet x BB" hotkeys no longer work. Just checked the website and made sure Use Final Table Background, Enable Hotkeys for Buttons, and Auto Switch Between Tables are turned off, but it didn't fix the problem

not sure how your newtables_slot setting got blank, but simply re-set it to "grid" on the Layout tab and you should be good to go

What version of Windows are you on?

win 7 pro

yeah there are some problems with win7, most users should be upgrading since microsoft doesn't even support win7 anymore, and so its a security risk, which should be a concern espeically for poker players

anyway, i'm working on a solution, i'll PM you when its done
