Greg, could you add an option to Sitout and put the table in a "sitout slot". Trying to table select with that is very painful.

I know there is the put the table in the old slot after X min but I find it a bit not efficient as sometimes you get booted before the amount of time elapsed and the table just seems to stay in the pile forever

the old tables feature is supposed to catch when the tables break and no one is left but yourself. in those instances, you should obviously not have had any action within the X minutes since no one is left to play you. i know it worked on stars, maybe on other sites there is a popup thats waiting to be clicked which prevents the table from being moved or something, causing it to stay in the stack

I'm having trouble. I created it as a custom site etc. What happens is that maybe 1 out of 5 times the table requiring action doesn't move to the grid (it just sits there on the top of the stack). Almost like the fold button is not being recognised.

on the new nova themes yes? what color is the fold button when it appears? and is the color "close" to what color the table background is in the fold button location when its not visible?

Nova, yes.

I swapped back to the Black theme and it seems to be fine.

On Nova, the background is black and the buttons are grey.

my life is kinda backed up right now, so i havent had a chance to add the nova themes. also some other problems from the sat forums that i still need to get to too. im sorry but i cant give a timeframe cause ive done it before and missed it

Seriously, because you wanted to add an anti-piracy registration check your paying customers are completely unable to play poker right now due to this problem.

I assume we are getting a refund for the month?

We put our faith in this product and it let us down and other people may not have backups ready to go to allow them to multitable well.

Also want to add that not adding Nova is pretty damn unacceptable at this point. Yes, it can be done with the custom site creator, but at these prices it shouldn't have to be.

There was also the problem of Party not working for a while.

Any news on the above issue, I've only just purchased a subscription and I really like the product.....if I can use it ! I don't want to waste an evening playing half the number of games I could have, so any details on whats happening and a time for fixing would be great.

Metetrown, if you are unhappy you can cancel your subscription and i will refund you for the months that you are unsatisfied.

I have problem with my custom microgaming configuration. I had the same problem before on 888 and Ipoker. For time to time one of my tables start moving between slots (and I have tile settings->never) e.g. on microgamin SaT suddenly start recognizing that there is like 10 tables when in the reality there is 9. I have to stop/start Sat again which always helps still there is a problem.

what do you mean when you say SaT thinks there are 10 tables? in what way do tables jump between slots? can you describe the issue more?

i havent gotten around to adding official support for 888 yet, but you can always include any site you wish using the Custom Site Creator. it will just take longer to set up. there is a tutorial on the site, and if you need any more help just ask

yea youre right, but i'm limited because i cannot control the process of cancelling the subscription (or signing up), thats all on the payment provider's side. i've just provided the website template so that it "looks" like its the same site. but if you look at the url, you'll see ...fastsrping.com instead of stackandtile.com

About 4-5 times per session, I get an error message from SAT, saying:

"error stacking, table should be in the grid but wasn't found or removed [TABLE NAME etc.]"

I play 20 tables at a time, and this problem only happens for 1 or 2 tables at a time, but it is a big problem because a table where it is my action is still stuck in the stack.* So, I have to scroll through my stack of 15 tables or so to find it and avoid timing out and folding.* But, this makes me fall behind in all my other decisions.* This whole thing is very tilting.* Please help.

I might be interested in your program but would a very important feature, im sure many others would be interested.

I am unable to make placemint work, somedays i would enjoy stacking most tables and just playing but when i am playing higher or on the weekend with more fishes i want to see the action while i have no hand, if this could tile 9-12 or 14 table of different pokerrooms decently on my screen and revert to stack and tile with a click, i would snap use this for the rest of my poker life.
