Hey this is really insane and I have no idea what's going on here. Allow me to explain as good as I can. For the record this has never happened to me before and I am a longtime user.

I just bought a new laptop, installed pokertracker, pokerstars, few more poker things, and I start playing. I find out soon I have incredible lagg/delays/super crappy connection when I'm playing, but it only happens when I have PT import running.

If I don't have import running and I only have PT open, there's no lagg at all. It happens as soon as I click import, I start timing out on all my tables, it's that bad. Like this is really really hurting me.

I have tested this out a lot of times now and it keeps happening.

Please help? Ill be online here all day waiting for a reply,

Reading the last page, this looks like a known issue, but my hand history from ACR is disappearing (recently today for 4 minutes from blitz i don't have hand histories). I checked my hand history files and they aren't there

PT4 doesn't support hud on ACR blitz? I enjoy the software a lot but its disappointing i can't have a hud. Does it work on regular 6max games on ACR then?

Any help on how to get PT4's hud to work in real time on ignition?

There is a known issue with the WPN software where all hands are not being saved/written to hand history files. With regards to the PokerTracker 4 HUD regular cash games are supported but Blitz is not and that's not going to be possible WPN provide seating files for Blitz tables. If you want to be contacted should Blitz support be added in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

If you haven't already done so you need to opt into the Ignition (Bovada/Bodog) Beta Hand Grabber. Currently this only supports regular cash games on Windows machines with tournament support to follow in a future update:

If you mean the downloadable hand histories then support has been added for these files in the latest version of PokerTracker 4.

Ah sorry that was what I meant, didn't realise it had already been added.

I sent this to ACR support, and within 2 days i received a response. This is a "known" issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Telling me to request specific hands or tourneys from support.

This was approximately 3 months ago, and absolutely nothing was done!! Nice job by the support team.

Can anyone help, the latest PT4 update says support for Chico sites (woohoo). I play "some" (25-30%) on Bet-on-Line and Sportsbetting. i cannot find the directories to point to in the site config.

I guess Chico does not have the normal directories like WPN or PokerStars???
I am hoping it is something very simple and I am just a "bonehead". I know there are some "smart" people here, please help me out. I did get an error, saying that BOL (chico) auto-importer needs to be configured???

As detailed in the release notes this requires a third-party hand converter to write the hand histories.

Thank you, I am in the middle of a session, so I use a card catcher from Ace poker it shows up hands from chico as I-Poker hands , is there a benefit to using the one listed ??? I appreciate the reply. I will look into this more when finished today.

I found this very interesting about the additional program needed for Chico... and it's $60/year for it correct?

I use BetOnline Card Catcher and I can't get it to work with the new Chico either, my hands are still imported as Stars hands under "Hero". When I try to to put in the HH folder I still see the message that Chico does not appear to be installed.

Thanks for letting me know I am not the only person with an issue. I use BOL card catcher also. My chico get imported as I-poker. I guess I will just continue to use that i was hoping that I would not need and extra piece of software with support for Chico. I do not really understand what that "support" is???

Yes, Thanks you were crystal clear. The "support" requires another $60 per year and more important another piece of software. I have been using and of course paying for another "card catcher" program for several years. I am just trying to figure out if there is any reason for me buy the card catcher you linked too. maybe I was not clear, I did not run out and buy the wrong program. I have had it for years. 1.I use still Windows 7 - during instalation Pokertracker4 PostgresSQL it shows error : An error occured executing the MIcrosoft VC++ runtime installer. I don't install earlier those programs like hm,pt i sql in my actually PC.
2. Maybe i shall install SQL first/separately but which version?

I recommend installing PostgreSQL v9.6 or v10. If it doesn't install successfully then send us this file in a Support Ticket:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\Temp\install-postgresql.log

Only three colours per statistic are permitted by PokerStars and PokerTracker 4 complies with their terms of service. This only applies to PokerStars/Full Tilt Poker and the restriction does not apply to other poker sites.
