Partypoker handhistories are not working correct for me. I have downloaded latest PT version (v4.15.16). It downloads the hands and says +18k hands imported but when I try to search results it just shows 92 games played (real result is +500 games).

Sorry shouldve been more specific. Can you upload your own icon images to create custom tags, or are we limited to the icons that come preloaded with the software?

1. Start PokerTracker 4.

2. Select 'File -> Open User Data Folder'.

3. Close PokerTracker 4.

4. In the window that opened in step 2 go into the 'Data' folder.

5. Create an 'Images' folder here.

6. Go into 'Images' and create a 'Tags' folder.

7. Place your custom tag .png files in the 'Tags' folder - they must be 16px x 16px.

Sometime in the last couple of weeks since I played at WPN, NoteCaddy seems to have stopped working again w/ PT4. It's not taking notes for hands at that site, but it's doing it just fine at others.

This was a problem for many months after WPN's software rewrite this spring before NC fixed in early November ... but is now apparently broken again. Any ideas if it's just me or if it's NC/PT4?

Thanks, Rob. Yeah, I had a ticket open from just before it got resolved in November, and I re-opened it yesterday. Not sure who handles them (I think it might be SretiCentV?), but NC-related tickets and questions always take a looong time -- much longer than the usual PT4 stuff. Sigh.

Hi, I've got a custom stat "3bet Vs hero NO SQUEEZE (MA)" (for reference), whenever I add it to my hud the entire HUD stops working multiple values in hud turn to -

I've rebuilt my database 'custom' cache and it didn't work

There is a 'Raise With SB Limper When in BB' custom statistic available in the Download Warehouse.

Hands will import however a HUD isn't currently supported and that's not going to be possible until if/when WPN provide seating files for those tables. If you want to be contacted should Blitz support be added in a future update then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.

They already are. It has to do with my PPH add-ons. My databases are expendable, not much HH data saved on my new laptop. Please advise? I would think recreating a new DB from scratch would be the quickest solution... or does it require me to uninstall the add-ons?

You can follow the directions here.

If you don't have a lot of hands, and you have all of the hand history files to re-import then you could indeed create a new database and re-import. However, if you still want to use your PPH add-ons then you would need to repeat the database changes for that outside of PT4. It is these external database changes which cause the problem with updating the database. The steps linked above show how to work around that.

On ipoker, the player at 3 o'clock on 8 max MTT tables doesn't have stats a lot of the times??

8-max was previously not a normal table size and iPoker and unfortunately they do not specify the table size in their hand histories and use non-standard seat numbers so it isn't straightforward to handle this. Please open a Support Ticket about the issue so that we can link you into our system and let you know when this is resolved.

Global does not provide HH. It used to be possible with the aid of a chrome extensions but they’ve banned the use of them.

Now I am in 2020. I just open pt4, showed invalid time. anyone had this problem? Can not open at all. try restart everything, still this said please adjust to actual time and date.

PokerTracker v4.15.16 and below has a bug which prevents PokerTracker from starting once the year is 2020. This code was written over 10 years ago and we completely forgot about it.

We have just released an emergency fix as v4.15.17 to resolve the issue and can be downloaded and installed via the link below:
