Sounds like you are editing the wrong HUD Profile, or the wrong HUD Table Group. Take a look at the screen captures below, I have shown an example of the same HUD profile edited to use Tahoma 8, and Tahoma 8 Bold; and then marked each screen capture accordingly. The font sizes match.




Comparing PT3 to PT4 is like comparing apples to oranges, they are both fruit but when it comes to the HUD the differences are vast. PokerTracker 4 includes the Vector HUD Engine, this is a tool that scales the HUD according to the size of the table, this means that font size is relative, where as in PokerTracker 3 font size was fixed to the size defined in the HUD Profile Editor. If you wish to duplicate the HUD functionality of PT3 you can disable Vector Scaling by clicking HUD > HUD Options > General Settings > Advanced and then uncheck Allow Vector Scaling. Additionally we suggest you use the replayer for all of your HUD tests rather than a live table, you will find that to be a stable test bed, then move your experience to the actual game.

This is called "Mucked Cards", the size of the mucked cards at showdown cannot be altered manually in the application, it is fixed by the Theme that you have chosen to use. If you want to create your own custom themes, then you can alter the deck used by PokerTracker 4, this determines the size of the mucked cards.

In Windows the default location for the Processed Files folder can be found by clicking File > Open User Data Folder, You will find the Processed Files folder here.

In Mac OS X the default location for the Processed Files folder is your Documents folder, stored inside of the PokerTracker 4 folder.

In both operating systems this can be altered by clicking Configure > Site & Import Options as shown below.

Its called My Currency Net Adjusted aka "My C Net Adj". "My C" Stands for My Currency, this is the master currency that you configured in PokerTracker 4, we can convert any Game Currency into your My Currency preference.


Net Adjusted stats do not exist in cash games, they are only possible in tournaments. Net Adjusted Winnings can be graphed for Hands Played with winnings in any format chosen, or you can graph for Tournaments Played provided that the winnings are set to Prizes or BuyIns.

If you are displaying Tournaments Played this means you are showing the results of that tournament, not the hands played, therefore Net Adj Winnings in the graph is the sum of all hands where Net Adjusted Winnings can be calculated. We suggest using a hands graph to best see your Net Adjusted Winnings results, it is easier to understand because the Net Adjusted results are updated upon each inflection point.

Hi guys,
Lately I have been getting this error about 20 hands or so into my zoom sessions:
Once it starts it gives me the same message for every ensuing hand of my session.
I'm a total computer noob so I'm not sure how to fix it.
If I import the hands manually from the disk instead of "get hands while playing" PT4 can import them fine.

When the bug starts, import is slow, hero hud disappears or stays at the same # of hands. However villain's hud keeps functioning properly and tracking the hands even though PT4 says it has failed to import the hands at that moment.

Also, I know theres a place where you can choose to have the hd display session vs. lifetime/stakes stats, but for some reason I can't find it.

Please click Database > Database Management. Click New to create a new database, and then make this the new Active Database. Try importing into this new database, does the problem still occur? If so, please create a support ticket at pokertracker.com so we can get a copy of your logs to investigate. We suspect that creating a new database will make this problem go away, if we are right it means that you have some sort of database corruption. You may be able to fix the corruption by clicking Rebuild Cache in the Database management window, but considering the error message I would suggest re-importing your hands into this new database as a precaution.

At the table you can
1) double click any player's on table HUD to switch between lifetime and table session stats for that player
2) Right click any player's on table HUD to select table session stats for that player
3) Click the HUD PT4 Icon to display the menu, then select Set All to Table Session Stats (or the inverse for Lifetime Stats)

I believe this is what you are looking for? More Filters > Game Details > Number of Players > Players Dealt into Hand - set this to two and click Add to Filter.

Ok, so I played with the settings some more; the hud settings were correct, what blew up the font was the vector graphics. Which I sort of suspected; what I didn't expect is that you put enough thought to have disable option for people like me.

HUD doesn't show up on FTP for me after the update. Hands are importing OK, other sites the HUD is there.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Please go to HUD > HUD Options Configuration > General Settings and deselect Stats from Current Bet Type Only. This is a temporary fix to address the changes we needed to make after Full Tilt's new release, this inconvenience will be fixed in our next release.

+1....seems to work sporadically....as in it will show up on one of the two FTP tables I'm playing

If you're playing multiple Rush tables at the same stake be aware that there is a bug in the current Full Tilt software which means that all hands are being written to the same file and some hands are interleaved (partial hands mixed with other hands) so that they can't be imported.

currently playing one PLO tourney, and one NLHE, works for NLHE, not the PLO

Is there a option to buy pt4 via skrill?

I'm afraid Skrill no longer permits companies that have a US business address to accept payments using their service. I updated to the latest beta version and now whenever I start to import hands it just straight up crashes.

FTP update (we hope). We haven't had the opportunity to speak with anyone from FTP yet, but hopefully that will happen soon...

Hi, I've installed PT4. I've configured it to Pokerstars, saved my hand histories etc. I can't import hands and the only player who shows up in my database is a player ' daar888'. I've no idea who this player is and I can't 'choose new player' or 'edit player list'. Nothing shows up besides the player 'daar888'.

Any idea what the problem is here?
