HUD PokerTracker 4 for Windows & Mac OS X - 2+2 Support Thread - Page 223 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Hi, I've installed PT4. I've configured it to Pokerstars, saved my hand histories etc. I can't import hands and the only player who shows up in my database is a player ' daar888'. I've no idea who this player is and I can't 'choose new player' or 'edit player list'. Nothing shows up besides the player 'daar888'.

Any idea what the problem is here?

Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide to make sure that you have things set up correctly.
If you have a lot of hand history files use Tools > Setup Assistant > Configure Sites to import them and move them to the Processed folder.

Then start 'Get Hands While Playing' and play a few hands and see if the new hands are imported. If not, open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

Hi,

I play speed poker IPOKER and the PT4 hud works great.

I'm now going to play rush on full tilt and when I try the hud it simply does not show the stats of any of player.

The hud symbol appears at the top but then a message box appears stating 3 reasons why the hud is not collecting any data from the players.

So far I've not been able to solve the problem which is really frustrating as I just deposit to move there.´

Any help is appreciated

Hi,

Is there a way to colour-code stats based on their relationship with other stats (i.e. I want to colour PFR green if it is at least 10 less than VPIP and VPIP > 30)?

If not, would it be considered as a feature?

Hi, what filters would you choose in the note tracker for the following stat (6max game):
Villan 3b from SB vs UTG and MP range ?
I'm having a trouble setting a right position and could use help
I filtered for :
Posted small blind AND raised preflop any 3bet
Position of First raiser Position of selected between 7 and 3

but it doesn't work :/

PokerTracker 4 is not working with FTP today for me. Is there a new problem with today's FTP update or is it an isolated problem for me? The hands are importing but no HUD.

Hi There,

My HUD hasn't been working for rush games the past few days on FTP and for any tourneys (Hold'em) as well. It's been fine on pokerstars and was working until the updates a few days ago by FTP. Do I need to change some settings for my HUD to work or is this a FTP related issue?

So, I am continuing my experiments with PT4: An odd problem I am encountering is this:

The date tab on tournaments take ages to refresh. I ve imported around 200,000 hands and it takes something like 7 minutes to refresh. The by description and by buyin tabs refresh virtually instantly.

What can I do to fix this?

I made a FT without the HUD but when I was watching the other table the HUD overlayed over the other table but when I made the FT it was gone.

I have no idea why it did that.

We also have a known problems with the Hud at some tournament types after the Full Tilt update - the development team are also working on a fix for this which I expect to be released soon.

I've had an issue for a while now regarding results from 180s on stars. Any cash that is not a final table cash is not counted as a cash. This problem started while I was still using PT3 and has continued on PT4. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Unfortunately, I can't go back in time to take a screenshot from yesterday.

Fortunately, the HUD is working for the tournaments I am playing so far today.

It seems to be part of the "some tournaments" problem that you are aware of.

Sounds like you figured out that you can get the hand history by clicking File > Open User Data Folder, then enter into the Processed Files folder. We store all processed hand histories by date for your convenience.

Hello,

We have a player who takes a ton of notes on his opponents in his HUSNGs. He has found that occasionally his notes disappear from his database.

Is this a known issue and what do we do to prevent this in the future?
