Can someone tell me what an upgrade from a full PT3 license to a PT4 license for holdem is supposed to be? I seem to have a hard time finding it on the pokertracker site.

A box to filter a stat for X amount of players in the pot would be great.

For example, in a 6max game, Player X check/raises flop Y% of the time when the pot is heads up.

Assuming you purchased PT3 before the PT4 announcement last June, you'll get 70% off the cost of upgrading - for PT3 Holdem to PT4 Holdem that would be 70% off of $99.99 for a total cost to you of $30.

To get your discount, all you need to do is be logged into your PokerTracker.com account that has your PT3 code linked to it and purchase the proper version of PT4 and your discount will be applied.

We have filters like this in the main application - see Hand Details -> Number of Players. Adding this in as another property in the HUD would double the cache size and thus slow things down all around for everyone - if you do some analysis of your main opponents using this filter, you'll find that the percentages heads up and with 3 players change pretty consistently from player to player.

Kraada, I am glad I read the above post. I definitely want to upgrade to PT4, but didn't know I would receive a 70% discount. Thanks for taking care of your loyal customers!

I just bought the micro version of PT4. It imported my hands and its working on the tables (quite simply). But it says that every tourny Ive played is $0.00 buy in. So graphs and everything make 0 sense since WIN and ROI is $0.. anyone know anything?

Thank you

Where are you playing? Most sites do not include the buyin, payouts, or other key info inside the tournament hand histories - but PokerTracker can detect many tournament types using the built in detection engine. If we know where you are playing and what type of tournament, we should be able to help.

"PokerTracker has detected that you are attempting to import a large amount of hands while playing. Please check your hand history directory configuration and ensure you have the Move Processed Files option enabled."

I keep getting this message and my hud stops a lot

Once we add support for iPoker fast hands, then we will do this for sure. We don't have a time frame yet for support of Fast Poker, but we hope to do this soon.

We support the Winning Poker Network, ACR is just a skin on Winning.
  1. Tournament: View Stats: Results. Click Edit Tournament Results
  2. Create a filter to only show Winning card room hands
  3. In the tournament list click any tournament, then click CTRL-A to select all tournaments.
  4. Click Auto Detect
  5. Make sure the first two options are checked, the third option is up to you. Set your default tabel type and speed in the event Tournament Detection cannot determine your table type.
  6. Click Detect

if there are any tournaments that are not detected, that means we cannot determine the tournament buyin because that tournament is not in our database. You will have to manually enter the buyin in the Edit Tournament Results window if that is the case.

Final Step: Please send us the hand histories for these undetected tournaments and we will see if we can add them to the database for detection in the future.

Hope this helps!

1) Where are you playing?

2) Before you proceed you will need to manually import those hands, DO NOT PLAY while this is happening. If you need help doing this, please respond with the site you are playing at and we will send you the link for the respective site guide for manual importing.

Good luck!

Then you didn't follow the instructions "exactly" ;-)

This means the tournament formats you are playing are not detectable using PT4's tournament detection engine. Please send us the tournament hand histories so we can evaluate to see if we can detect this format in the future. Only PokerTracker has a tournament detection engine built in, so if we cannot detect the buyin and fee, that is not a good sign - but we will investigate for you and try if you send the hands.

In the meantime you can manually the buyin and fee. if you don't know the buyin and fee I sugest contacting ACR to ask them for help. Going forward I advise manually entering the buyin and fee as soon as the tournament is completed so you don't miss any.

Good luck!

That means we will probably be able to detect it if you send us the hand histories, we need these examples to be able to support that tournament format, in fact we need examples for EVERY new tournament type added to the Winning Network in order to add support. PokerTracker reads the text from the hand history, but we need to program what the text means in order to convert it into a format that PT4 can use, after all your computer doesn't read english ;-)

Overview Report: By Tournament. Double click on any tournament that has a buyin of $0 to see the hands. Set the Most Recent Hands filter to All Hands (top right of the report). click one on any hand in the report, then click CTRL-A to select all of the hands. Now rightclick, and select Export Hands.Do this for each tournament format that cannot be imported, then send them to us by creating a support ticket on the PokerTracker website.

Follow this guide for manual importing from PokerStars.

https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/...for-pokerstars

Four more things you need to do:

1) Quit out of all online poker rooms.

2) Click Configure: Sites & Import Options. Click preferences. Make sure the preference to move processed files is enabled.

3) Import the hand histories manually (following the guide above) from the PokerStars hand history folder. if you have any other poker rooms installed, you may want to do the same thing with those hand history folders as well. While you are manually importing, view the View Import Status page under Play Poker to watch and see when importing is complete. The default folder for PokerStars hand histories is c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHis tory

4) When the import is done, take a look inside the PokerStars hand history folder. Has all the hand histories been moved to the processed files folder? If not, then you should manually move the files to the processed files folder.

THE POKERSTARS HAND HISTORY FOLDER MUST REMAIN EMPTY AFTER EACH SESSION TO ASSURE YOUR HANDS WILL IMPORT WITHOUT ANY DELAY! This is why I asked to make sure that Move Processed Files was enabled before.

Once this is all done, restart PokerTracker as a precaution, then click Play Poker to start importing again. Watch the View Import Status page... if you see hands importing still, then please start this entire procedure over again... this means hands were not moved to the processed files folder as required. if the import status window does not show any activity, then start up PokerStars and get playing, you are all set!

We need more information, it is really hard to debug remotely without knowing what games and tables you are playing. For example, it could be caused by a non-compliant table name, if we can reproduce the problem remotely then we can fix it for you. Or it could be something simple, like the HUD's "z" index falling behind the table (think x, y and z axis - where z is 3d space). To fix the z index all you need to do is move the table usually.

Let us know if that doesn't work by contacting support with your logs so we can investigate further. https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/...support-ticket

I did what you told me to do but the files just dont move.

the PS HHs are in:
D:\Poker\HandHistories\Pokerstars.com\

The processed files are in:
D:\Poker\Processed

The folder of processed files are full, so they get placed there, but they dont get moved, only copied i assume and the originals stay in the HH files.

I have configure->preferences->move processed files activated..

any help?
