Follow this guide for manual importing from PokerStars.
https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/...for-pokerstars
Four more things you need to do:
1) Quit out of all online poker rooms.
2) Click Configure: Sites & Import Options. Click preferences. Make sure the preference to move processed files is enabled.
3) Import the hand histories manually (following the guide above) from the PokerStars hand history folder. if you have any other poker rooms installed, you may want to do the same thing with those hand history folders as well. While you are manually importing, view the
View Import Status page under
Play Poker to watch and see when importing is complete. The default folder for PokerStars hand histories is
c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHis tory
4) When the import is done, take a look inside the PokerStars hand history folder. Has all the hand histories been moved to the processed files folder? If not, then you should manually move the files to the processed files folder.
THE POKERSTARS HAND HISTORY FOLDER MUST REMAIN EMPTY AFTER EACH SESSION TO ASSURE YOUR HANDS WILL IMPORT WITHOUT ANY DELAY! This is why I asked to make sure that Move Processed Files was enabled before.
Once this is all done, restart PokerTracker as a precaution, then click Play Poker to start importing again. Watch the View Import Status page... if you see hands importing still, then please start this entire procedure over again... this means hands were not moved to the processed files folder as required. if the import status window does not show any activity, then start up PokerStars and get playing, you are all set!
