Because sometimes people get confused between writing and listing. And list view shows all tables no matter how many. Try all of the basics. Re-start your system.

Have had it as list view every time I began catching.
Can you send support your bcc.log from the catcher root directory?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ace Poker Solutions\Bovada Card Catcher

It seems like a reboot should resolve the issue, but it would be helpful to see the log.

I have since went back to 2.02.7 to grind cash games. I have had issues (which I spoke to support through email about) in the past if I didn't delete Ace Poker Solutions folder after I uninstalled the program to update and now just do it out of habit.

You shouldn't have to delete the folder though. If you just run the installer and overwrite the current version it will put all the latest files.

We're going to have another release today I believe. So try and update to this one when I put it up.

I recently purchased the HH converter and was wondering if that's going to automatically overwrite the hands already in my DB that have been written by the Catcher HUD or if i need to purge those hands ahead of time so as not to have 2 versions of the same hand in my DB.

It won't overwrite, but it can create duplicates. I would use a different hero name in the converter, and then you can switch between the two hands from the catcher and the converter. I haven't tried this myself since it's new, but maybe create a slightly different time offset with the converter (in settings) can ensure all hands go in without duplicating.

Yes, ty, we are aware. It's not a simple issue as it just being an all-in hand. They are different for many different reasons. Most of them have been resolved and the remainder will get fixed.

Tried all the basics and still doesn't work. My log file contains a bunch of the same exception (InvalidOperandException). Here's one of the entries:

Ok, thanks. I sent this over to the developer. I haven't seen this before, so I'm not sure what the issue would be. Is there anything unqiue or special about your setup? All details would help.

On a side note, I held back on the update. There's an issue in the MTT fix that was caught late, so I want it addressed and tested. I expect it to be good to go today though.

Only special case that I can think of is that I tried upgrading to 2.02.9, then downgraded to 2.02.7, then back up to 2.02.9. From what I can tell everything seemed to be working properly until I upgraded to 2.02.9 the first time.

Ok, thanks for the details.

We have a major update coming out here soon. I also sent a message to the developer about your issue, but he didn't get back to me yet. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back.

Hello,

I've read through alot of this thread and am under the impression that an update fixed the timestamp that was being incorrectly displayed as an hour prior to when the hand actually happened.

Despite having the latest version of Bovada Card Catcher, Poker Tracker 4 still displays the timestamp for myself as an hour earlier than the hand actually happened.

Does anyone have a specific work-around to fix this issue? It's obviously a small problem, but it is quite annoying for me personally.

Having an issue with either the hand converter or PT4. After i convert my hands and import them into the database, i'm not able to see everyone's hole cards during review. When i run the import in PT4, it's processing like 5-6k hands (when im only trying to import like 1-1.5k hands from previous nights session), and they all are coming in as duplicates. I'm sure this is the reason why i'm unable to see the hole cards, but not sure how to fix it. What do i need to do?

You have to go to settings in the bovada catcher and set the time offset to +1.

This is the wrong support forum.

For the converter you need to make sure known hole cards are enabled in settings. And if you're getting duplicates, then you need to enable auto archiving in PT4 for pokerstars and point it to the converter HH directory. Either that or manually move your hands. But I'd prefer you post in the bovada converter dir if you can't figure this out. Thanks.

I usually play two tables, and almost every time statistics for one of the tables will stop accruing. So then I'm forced to either restart the card catcher and holdem manager or only have HUD stats for one table.

Thank you for replying -- I am still lost, however. Clicking settings in Bovada Card Catcher only shows options for Hero name and Enable Auto Timebank (another feature I don't think is working for myself).

If you have time, please let me know exactly how to fix the time problem. Thank you!

You need to update to the latest version. I'll be posting an update below here, so just install that one and then go to settings.

Looks like the PT HUD still won't launch for tables with 3 words, but hands do import. I'll give it a go for awhile though. The biggest problem 2.02.9 was giving me was flakiness and HUD freezes when players would leave and come back. I'll let you know if that is still happening.

How are you finding these 3 word tables? lol I can almost never find any. Yeah, it might be a PT issue. I'm still not sure. But the players leaving and coming back should be resolved in this build. It was specifically addressed.

This update sorta helped my case. The catcher is now recognizing my tables and some of my hands, but it's still missing *tons* of hands. So many that the catcher isn't worth using at all. There are now a few different Exceptions in the log file. Here's a few samples:
