This update sorta helped my case. The catcher is now recognizing my tables and some of my hands, but it's still missing *tons* of hands. So many that the catcher isn't worth using at all. There are now a few different Exceptions in the log file. Here's a few samples:

I sent the exceptions to the developer. I haven't seen anything like this on here since I started this thread, and haven't had any reports anywhere near similar, so I'm not sure what to suggest until I hear back from him. And you're not running holdem indicator or across a network or anything like that correct?

confused on so many levels... tried the trial version today for the first time on win 7 on my laptop. I fired up a 6 max cash game, it worked flawlessly. Decided to play a FR "Vegas Prelim. Event Semifinal" as well. it worked flawlessly. I left the cash table as I wanted to focus on the satty since I knew cash worked. Shipped the seat, decided to play another satty but this time, nothing. I restarted the comp and tried switching between tables as button and list to no avail.

I thought this was best working for SH cash but my first go at MTT and FR MTT worked so good. PLUS, it was a table w/ a 4+ word name, I read only the 1 table name works always in this thread.

Decided to try cash again and the HUD works perfect, at a FR table named "Hall" (1 word table).

Somehow I lost the ability to play MTTs, help?

I just found out I can ditch HI if I can get this working consistently and I was so pumped.

The issue is with 3 word tables I believe is in cash only (which there aren't many of those tables). Tournaments are not effected. The developer is checking this out.

Still seeing issues with a brand new install. The catcher stopped on one of my MTTs after a few minutes. I think the first error occurred after I 3b all in or when someone showed their cards. I deleted the 2 bad hands from the HH, restarted the catcher and it looks like it's working again. It's not the worst workaround, but when I'm playing 10+ MTTs it's pretty difficult trying to pay attention to which tables stopped catching

Anyone experiencing issues with Bovada's timebank since updating to 2.03.1? The only way I could go into my timebank was by clicking the "Time Bank" button in Bovada Card Catcher. The normal timebank button on the table didn't work at all. I tried toggling the timebank settings in BCC but that didn't seem to help

Why is that even a feature? It now takes me 10x longer to go into my timebank, causing me to timeout of hands. It's really difficult to use when multitabling. I'll describe what's happening and explain why it's so difficult to use for me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong...

The Card Catcher hijacks my table's normal timebank button and I'm physically unable to go into my timebank *at all* unless I do so through the Card Catcher GUI. I have to figure out the tourney number (which isn't displayed in the tourney title, e.g. "40/80 No limit Hold'em - $15,000 Guaranteed (DS) - TBL#3), then I have to go to the CC GUI, find the tourney number in the list, then click the "Time Bank" button in the CC GUI. I have to do all of these steps instead of simply clicking the regular timebank button on my table. This is a very difficult (if not impossible) process when I have 12+ tourneys going. Can you add an option to turn this "feature" off?

On top of that, the "auto timebank" feature just doesn't work at all for me. If I turn it on, it simply doesn't auto-engage my timebank, causing me to time out. If I turn it off, I still can't use the normal timebank on my table. Something seems weird, but maybe that's how it's supposed to function?

By the way, I've been using the CC on my first 3 tourneys today and it seems to be working well so far. With my volume today I'm sure I'll run into some tourneys where I have to stop/start the CC and fix the HH file, but so far it seems to be going well. I'll relay any error logs/HH's to you in this thread. Thanks for all the hard work!

When I click the Last Hand button it highlights the stat box in the left corner and turns it red and then it moves to wherever my mouse is. To view the last hand I have to disable hud then click the last hand button and then I enable the hud.

So the CC performed much better today. I played 12 Bovada tourneys and the CC only stopped mid-tourney on 4 of them. It seemed to work flawlessly on the other 8.

Also, the timebank and hand history issues I discussed seemed to fix themselves mid-day today. Maybe it was a problem with Bovada's network or something? Not sure, but I noticed the problems all day yesterday (after upgrading to the newest CC) and today.

As a programmer I'm completely aware of the complexities with tracking Bovada and appreciate what you guys have created. I just wasn't aware that HM2's HUD was the one interfering with Bovada's timebank. I figured it was BCC given the "auto timebank" feature.

Also, it's odd that Bovada's timebank will sometimes work and sometimes not work when clicked manually. Not really sure the cause of that. Do you have any ideas?

I'd be fine with it if auto timebank worked.

As is, I'm nervous that my desire to track my stats will cost me pots due to timing out when multi tabling. This is not a cheap little app, seems goofy for this to not work right.

has anyone done a review/comparison of bodog card catcher vs holdem indicator? are these the only options for HUD software at bodog?

also, are these ok according to bodog's terms and conditions? doesn't sound like anyone's run into any problems with this.

The Last hand button was fine until the update. Now it doesn't bring up the last hand unless I disable the hud. It takes one of the hud stat boxes and drags it to the mouse and highlights it red like I double clicked it. I definitely don't get as many errors as I used to though so if that's how it has to be then it's worth it.
