hello. i am on my trial and considering purchasing. i am having one big issue... the seating alignment is not rotated properly when i open new tables. i am using the newest version of poker tracker 4.

i have my seating set to always put me on bottom center thru the bovada software. (which is essential when playing a lot of tables).

i have followed the tutorial instructions to move around the HUDs and then lock and save... but then on future tables it starts out misaligned again. is there a way to rotate it? or have it start out properly every time?

what should my poker tracker "preferred seating" settings be (under pokerstars)? auto-center?

What database are you using? The only reason the HUD wouldn't come up is if the setting is not correct. I'd double check this. There's an online manual here as well:

No, it should continue past 100 hands w/ the trial. We've probably done the least testing recently with HUSNG's though. Right now there's an MTT bug that should be fixed this next build. I think it will relate to any of these HUSNG and busting bugs.

I don't think preferred seating is possible with PT4. There's been some people on here that said they've figured it out, but I personally haven't been able to. I know HM2 a little better. But the preferred seat setting on PT for Pokerstars doesn't seem to line up with that on Bovada. It will lock and save fine w/o this setting and load in the correct position.

thanks for you quick reply. per your recommendation I am now trying Holdem Manager 2. I got the HUD up and working however they are misaligned. I need to rotate the HUD (same issue). please advise. thanks a lot

Limited MTT testing with this, but it was working for our testers so I'm putting this up because I know a lot of people want it.

Changes:
- Button stays after table is closed issue - fixed
- Click is sent to the wrong location for time bank when table is not fully shown - fixed
- MTT moving to another tables causes HH not to be written any more - fixed

Sorry for the confusion but I was saying I don't know how to walk it through for PT4, I know HM2, but I haven't gotten it on either. I think after we look into the viability of catching zone which we're doing now, I'll look into adding some built in preferred seating on the app and not through the database. I think this is doable, but not 100% certain.

Anyone have any issues with MTT's? There's a lot of scenarios to cover and have zero issues reported, so I'll assume everything is ok.

Yes, I had a couple of issues. Playing 4 cash tables, i had a few sessions in a row where it seemed like it worked flawlessly. Then I played a session with 4 cash and 1 MTT and it missed a few hands from both cash and tourney. A couple of them were tank call all-ins which seems to be the recurring theme with missed hands, for me at least. I'm using the latest update and have been since a few hours after you posted it.

Is there an order I should start the different softwares? I can't seem to get the card catcher to work very reliably. Sometimes it works flawlessly, others I have to constantly restart it.

Just a general question -- I do own this and have been using it, but some fearmonger troll informed me that using BCC is a bannable offense? Need some reassurance from the crew; I figure it wouldn't be this popular without it being allowed.

Grab the latest version. The only thing is just make sure you shut it down in between sessions. If you do that, it should work flawlessly.

I meant more in terms of tracking across tables in MTT's. I haven't had any reports to support or other forums that there's issue anymore. If you get a hand you think errored out or missed, then please send your bcc.log and and hand to support. We've tried to cover all scenarios, but I'm sure there's still lingering ones.

It sucks that people misinform others. It's not against Bovada's TOS. They just don't want people tracking and sharing info about players, and you can't do that. Everything is within session.

How do i send this log? I just know I lost about a $600 pot and my active session tab in HEM2 didn't record it, then same problem about 20 mins later.

I'm having this issue with version 2.03.7.

Before i reformatted my computer i was able to get the seating to auto adjust with prefered seating and ever since i have not been able to line up the seat with bovada... Is there a step by step to get this working? I cannot imagine what i did wrong.

When I click register, nothing occurs. How can I register and upgrade to a full product?

Just e-mail it to support. In HM2 (and PT for that matter) if there's an error in the import you can click error and grab the hand and send. Any of that info is helpful. I'm not getting many errors anymore, so any outlier error issues are helpful for the development team to look at.

So you're playing multiple MTT's, and when you bust on one, then it's causing issues on another? Are you having any issues when you're moved to a new table?

We're adding a preferred seating option in the card catcher in the next release. I know some people who got this working natively in HM2 and PT4, but I haven't been able to.
