I noticed this a long time ago but it never bothered me until I started playing on two sites at the same time. But now that I'm playing on Bovada and WPN, my "View Today's Hands" area in PT4 is totally messed up. I think maybe someone else mentioned this earlier too but not sure if there was a solution, too lazy to look back.

PT4 thinks the Bovada hands happened an hour before they did, but it correctly gets the hour of the WPN hands. This causes the Bovada hands to get lost in the list of hands currently being played, since PT4 assumes incorrectly that the hands just played happened an hour ago.

I checked everything and nothing seems amiss. The converted hand says the correct time (even when looking at the HH text inside of PT4), and all time zone settings are correct on my computer. Bovada client has the correct time. I can't find any other time zone settings in PT4, but it's crazy that it gets one site correct but messes up the other.

When I download the hands the next day it says the actual time it happened, but then when I import it from the hand converter PT4 gets it wrong there too. So it's not just a BCC problem.

What on earth could be causing this??
I honestly don't know. Is there some time zone adjustment that can be made for pokerstars in PT?

Correct. There's not been a tournament update. We're still waiting on the fix. It will only work when you're playing different S&G types or just one S&G or MTT. If they are more than one of the same type, you will get errors.

OK, I did this, but it's charging me the $60 still for the package. I ONLY want the tournament catcher, as I already have the cash game catcher. Surely there is an option to buy just the tournament catcher for $30?

None that I could find. I just did a test import of an actual old PS hand from pre BF and it imported correctly. Lists and reports show the actual time of the hands. I was almost hoping it would import wrong so I could take my problem to the PT people but it looks localized to Bovada hands only.

No one else is going thru this? I even tried multiple PT databases, and no help.

I actually ran into a weird problem. Using the card catcher it imports hands 1hour back. But actual real stars hand histories are correct because of ET at the end of the first line of hand wher it says "PokerStars Game #3057716291: Hold'em No Limit ($0.50/$1) - 2015/05/10 3:39:44" the real pokerstars HH's include the timezone at end like ET (EASTERN) "PokerStars Game #3057716291: Hold'em No Limit ($0.50/$1) - 2015/05/10 3:39:44 ET" if i manuelly add it to each hand they import at their correct times. This is causing hand histories to be imported at incorrect times causing a big inconvenience. Can this be fixed asap? Maybe allow us to set the timezone or something. Probably should fix this in the other software (hand converter) aswell as it seems to do the same thing with times of hands.

EDIT: It seems others have this issue. And I have isolated it correctly.

So from this page:
http://www.acepokersolutions.com/Bod...r_Catcher.html

Go to the bottom and click on the tournament catcher (coming soon). Keep in mind it's still beta, and if you're running the same tournament type at the same time it will have problems recording hands. This should be resolved this week. The guys are working on it.

I always just did the time zone adjustment in the database and it was fine. I guess I can talk to the develops about doing this within the software itself though too.

should be a fairly easy addition (i am a programmer aswell). How did you adjust it via the database? I actually tried setting the timezone of postgres to my timezone and reimporting hands and still same problem. With grinding multiple sites like the guy said above, this is a problem. Stats like hourly will be wrong because of the extra hours.

Hourly won't be off, it will just show at a slightly different time until you create an offset in PT or HM. I didn't adjust it in the database directly, just the database program.

Care to elaborate for pt4? I tried many things. Hourly is off when you multisite cause one HH starts 1hour earlier and other site starts at the right time. so it merges them into a 2hour session. When they should both be the same session. Either way I think if they can add this to card catcher/ hand converter, it would be very helpful for most.

I'll have to look at how I did it, I honestly forget. But the next build coming out today will have this fixed any ways. Also, tournament support will be in here too.

Okay, at the moment, the new beta still doesn't seem to be tracking after a table-switch.

Okay, correction: It is hit-or-miss, sometimes I have to reset the hud but it usually keeps working.

Yeah, there is some glitch happening sometimes when you get moved. It wasn't doing this at first, so I'm trying to talk with the developer. There will be some more work that needs to be done on tracking players that leave and then come back later in a tournament. That will all get worked out and will be the primary focus.

So far, so good buddy. Thanks for your hard work. Not sure about players that leave and return later, but table-switching is very consistently working

Thanks. We're still doing more testing on players being moved in an MTT and then their stats showing up later if they are moved back. It's not an easy thing to test.

Has anything in the new update been done to make it so all in hands record?... currently the tracker is missing nearly every all in hand
