Elaborate?

Sorry, to the card catcher hand directory that you posted the image of. Open that folder and make sure they are writing when you're playing. There might be some odd admin privilege issue going on. I haven't seen that happen before, but if the directory is setup correct, which it looks like it is, then the only other issue is hands aren't writing for some reason.

Also, for the converter, are you supposed to set it to auto import the folder where all the converted hands go, or just manually import each time you convert a batch? Which is less buggy?

Ok, and you're sure that's the name you have selected in HM2, you used in the card catcher? The default name is hero unless you go to settings and change it.

I'm not sure what you mean by buggy. Either will work fine. It's just a preference thing.

Not sure what you're taking about. That's just me viewing some random person's database. I haven't changed anything.

Been playing a few orbits, but as you can see, now it's not catching. Also, table detector picked up tables from older session.

Sigh... change your player name to hero then. I don't believe you can view someone else's info while you're using table finder. You need to be on your player name (hero).

Changes:
- fixed issue when auto config for HM2 doesn't work sometimes
- added "Enable Logging" option to settings
- fixed last hand issues in S&G and MTT
- added native mode for overlapped windows (last hand/time bank issues in coherence mode)
- added option to settings for switching between native and coherence mode
- fixed issue when player shows only one card (now there is no [Error Error] in hh)

I'm still getting an occasional HU's issue. It's a heck of a lot better, but not perfect yet. I'm going to have the developers focus on on this next task. They keep thinking it's fixed, but then there's an issue still. So I expect it to be fully resolved the next build.

If you're talking about 4.7 version, we know there was a bug introduced. You have to revert back to 4.6. But the latest one I just put up, 4.8 fixes that. So use the latest version.

Yes the HU isn't perfect but it's 1000x better than just a couple months ago. Thanks Freak!

FYI, version 4.8 is freezing on MTTs for me. First version in quite awhile to freeze on MTTs for me. Running on Windows 8 with PT4.

Thanks. It's almost there. I played a few hundred hands today, and it got everything. Even during busts. So we'll just keep banging away. A lot of hand fixes in this build.

What do you mean by freeze, it just stops recording? Or when you move? Can you go to settings and click to enable logging, and if it does it again, send the log file (in logs) to support? I'll be able to see exactly when it happened since we have better logging now.

I don't think that's it because it was working well prior to the reinstall. Anyway, I think I've found one of the problems on my end. Since I set the Converted Bovada Hands folder to star's Site setup folders, it would randomly be auto importing, and when it does the table finder ceases to function.

Yes, that would be the issue. It's pulling those hands and it's not able to detect them. Easy solution though.

Not sure if this is a fixable error, but the sequence is as follows.

1) Have catcher running and playing cash games, all is working fine.
2) Stop playing cash game, stop catching in catcher.
3) Close Bovada client
4) Start Bovada client
5) Start tournament.
6) Start catching in catcher.
7) Catcher will not work, nothing imported.
8) Stop Catching .. error is created in catcher. Exit catcher.
9) Restart catcher - start catching - all works as expected.

Not sure if this can be fixed with the close of Bovada on catcher that was importing, reporting in case you didn't know about this special case.

Yes, aware of this thanks. I've stated in here if you close the client, and don't close the catcher, it won't work if you re-open the bovada client. I'm going to be putting a check in place so this if you close the client it will ask you to close the catcher.

For example, the last time I played an MTT, it recorded around 35 hands and then stopped working. So stats were not up to date anymore, BBs not up to date; it was frozen at 35 hands. Unfortunately I don't play many MTTs so I haven't been able to try again. I would be happy to send the log though, if that would help. However, being quite the tech idiot, I would need some help with doing this hah.

Ha... no worries. I think we duplicated it now any ways w/ the last version. It's the same thing the developers fixed and broke again. Round and round we go. The 4.6 version or before will work with MTT's by the way. The links for previous versions are in this thread and our release forums of ace poker solutions. I have them on this and HU's. Both of these issues are related.

Thanks, and thanks for the constant updates. Much appreciated. I am running 4.6 once again, haven't played any MTTs yet though. Also, upgraded to Windows 10 today and that all seemed to be working fine with BCC 4.6 as well.

Cool... good to hear. This next update will have the TB/LH w/ the MTT issue resolved. Still testing, but it will be done soon.
