It recognized the table and the HH but no hud appears. Table finder says it cannot find any unattached tables.

Nothing in my reports tab.

Your hands aren't importing. I think they've made some changes to some limits hand histories.

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

Hello:
What happens is I download the latest HM2 upgrade and now do not see the option in hud options of "seating preferences" ( http://i.imgur.com/cntIkGB.png ), but now in theory should be set to "site setup", put the network and select the place where we play ( http://i.imgur.com/YFSQkCP.png ). Once I do this (with all positions) open a table and I get the stats like this:
http://i.imgur.com/cBMDr7E.png

When I organized the HUDs on the next hand again the hud are disorganized, so use this section to configure: http://i.imgur.com/xGZ66K2.png. Once organized they remain so for a long period of time, but when I'm at a table multitabling and someone comes back and is dropped: http://i.imgur.com/wW3YmJg.png. I was wondering if someone could help me urgently since I have not been able to play these days because of this.

Thanks

It is in Site Setup.

Your HUD's are stacked on some places. Right-click drag to move them.

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

See this screenshot for exporting HUD's:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/exporthuds.PNG

- Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

- Import your HUD's again.

- Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

If there is none:
set it to "-" for the right HUD and site for each game type/# of players.
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the summary HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

* You will need to show hidden and system files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+

See this screenshot for location in win 7 for the prefs files:

http://www.udbrky.com/hmsupport/prefs.PNG

Make sure you have auto center off in Stars' options for both cash and tournaments.

Also Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Site setup and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/gen...screenshot.htm

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

*Note that these Site Time Adjustments have been moved to the new Site Setup menu that does not yet have a FAQ created - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...931/Site+Setup

There are no plans for a MAC version at this time. We continue to consider the possibility of releasing a Mac version. However, we have no time frame on when a decision will be made or when an HM for the Mac would be available. We have heard your requests and those weigh significantly in the ultimate decisions for priorities for major development tasks. If you want to use HM2 on a MAC you will need to use a Virtual Machine or similar to run Windows for playing poker on your MAC.

Our sales team only gets those reports from the sites once a week typically. They normally won't extend your trial in this situation but if you PM me your email address I will make an exception this once and issue you a trial extension so you don't have to go without HM2 while waiting for the confirmation.

Not currently.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-5698: HUD Options > Tournament Filters: Add option to use effective stack sizes

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-5698 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Quote from a thread about this on our forums:

This would require a major database change, requiring re-import. At this point, there are only a couple customers requesting it, and it would cause all customers to do a re-import of the database. It would over-complicate settings and options for all customers, but benefit only a small number of customers. Thus, we are not considering it in our short to mid-term plans, but if there is continued requests for the feature, we will reconsider.

Also, when I arrange sessions by "River Call Win %", it's hard to figure out why the data is rearranged the way it is. Can someone explain this to me? It certain isn't by inc/dec % value

1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2 (Program Files (x86) for the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for HudFuncsApp.exe

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, ínternet security'bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...%28Firewall%29
4) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Please zip and email the log, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com

Can you be more specific? What types of problems are you having? Please email us a detailed description of the problems and we would be glad to help you with your HM1 issues. It sounds like this may end up requiring some back and forth between us so email is going to be better for helping you than in this thread.

There is no report stat for this and I don't see any open stat/feature requests to add it but I will add it to a semi-related ticket as a possible suggestion.

HM-6293: Stat Request - bb/100, EV bb/100, EV NetWon, EV Won/hr stats with Rakeback included

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When HM-6293 Is Resolved"in the subject line and body of the email.

For now you will have to use the 'show or hide the results graph' button in the reports and click the Options > [x] Big linds to see the Winnings and EV lines in bb's instead of dollars.

I can confirm the sorting of this stat is broken and it is not written up yet so I thank you for reporting it. I have asked one of our testers to write it up later today when he has time as I have to leave the house to run some errands shortly. Once he gives me the ticket number and I get back home I will PM you the info in case you want to be put on the notification list for when it is resolved.

One last suggestion - it would be nice if we could arrange sessions/hands by $EV and $ disparity. $EV is currently arranged by inc/dec increments, but not in relation to the difference between $EV won and $ won
