Just download HM2 and install it from this link and use the code you received to register it. They are 2 completely different programs. You can leave HM1 installed and you can actually have both open at the same time for checking stats/settings, as long as you launch HM1 first, but I wouldn't recommend running both at the same time when playing as the archiving of played hands can get a little confusing after the fact.

Trying to update HEM2, every time the download finishes I get a setup popup saying "HEM2 is running, please close it and try again" although HEM2 closes before this pop up pops up. Clicking try again just pops up the same pop up and clicking cancel and then re-opening HEM2 I just asked to download the update and the processes starts all over again.

I'm having 2 issues.

-- 1st Issue --

For the past 2 weeks I would be running HM2 just fine and I will close out of it after I complete a session. If I was to reopen HM2 it will not reopen and have postgres issues. Then I restart the computer and it works fine until I close out of it again. I have made sure everything is started in the Services from the Control Panel and everything appears in order.

I was told today to look in 'pgAdmin III' and I did after I had the HM2 load up fail and 'pgAdmin III' won't load up. After a computer restart everything works fine.

I'm not sure what this issue is, but it is rather tedious.

-- 2nd Issue --

This has only happened to me twice in recent days and has only seemed to happen during Tournaments/SNGs on the Merge Network. The whole HM2 and HUD will completely freeze up maybe 30-45minutes into the session. I'm not sure what to think about this, but this is very tedious. It's even worse with Issue #1 because I have to do a full restart to get everything running correctly.

I don't play too many tournament/SNG sessions, mainly cash. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not for it to happen both times during tournaments.

1st: this sounds like your postgresql service crashes after a session. Can you try to start it manually via Windows controlpanel -> administrative tools -> services?

But for me it looks like your Postgresql installation is somehow damaged.

Been using HEM1 for about 3 years now without any problem. Today when i tried to open it up I get this error message:
"The following error occured when trying to open the database: Failed to establish a connection to '127.0.0.1'."

Anyone know whats up? I'm on the same computer as before and i havent changed anything on the computer. no settings or anything like that

Its not showing everyday this month, but on all together for each weekday.

I want it to be like id have it in hm1:

Where i could see each day in the given month.

How do i get this in HM2?

When playing zoom, the HUD boxes for other players does not update to the new table until the table after it. So when i fold and go to a fresh table i will be seeing the stats of the players from two tables ago.

This didnt always happen, its only after i took a long break from playing poker and had to reinstall HEM and pokerstars. Any idea how to fix it?

We have an open ticket to support Blaze but I don't think it is possible. Apparently if you fold the hand does not get written to the gamehistory.dat file.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is HM-4655: Add support for Microgaming Blaze tables - like rush/zoom

Hi, my client Svenska spel boss network which is a swedish site does not seem to offer english as language so i cant change it.

Tho b4 i updated my HM2 everything worked without problems, after a recent update i know cant see my tournament HUD any longer.

I also added this: <Key Name="HUDEnableDebugger" Value="True" />
In the holdemanager.config file but nothing has changed. Also btw i cant find the tournament tables in table finder or even the results i actually got after each session. When i click session results i can see cashgame result but tournament results does not show at all, i cant see any HHs whatsoever that is from tournaments.

If you edited the file properly the debug window will be on the Active Session tab in the Open Tables Detected window as shown in the image below:

Am I right that HM2 doesn't work (HUD) with Rush Tournaments?

As it never used to - and again today still doesn't work????

Or is there a fix / work around?

I have updated the latest version of HM2

I see others have mentioned this on a google search but don't see a cure...

I think there were some issues with results and EV that we hope to have fixed in our next release but the hands should be importing.

Please update to the latest build via HM2 > Settings > Check For Updates if you are not yet using v7785.

We are working on a fix for the next release but it is still undergoing internal testing so I am not sure if it is working 100% yet. We had hoped to have a release out later this week but it could be delayed due to some unrelated issues so I can't really give any sort of reliable ETA at this point.

Merge recently changed the names/formats of a lot of their tournaments so we have to update our tournament detection engine. This is a very big project as we need to check the majority of the different games so we need help from the customers to send us hand histories and pics of the tourney lobbies showing the proper prize distribution.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with screen shots of the tournament lobbies or a detailed description of the proper prize distribution.

Yes, I think we got some info from you already but the more info everyone sends the better for this issue. Our testers are compiling all the info from customers into a spreadsheet for the developers to work on. We aren't sure if we can fix the MTTs like we should be able to for STTs because they don't create summary files like stars, ftp, pacific, but we can't be sure without files/details from customers as it is very difficult for us to try and gather all this info on our own.

Any files/pics/details you can take the time to send are very much appreciated and the more info we get from customers the sooner we can send the info to the developers to work on. The easiest way to do this is just take a screen shot of each tourney lobby you play today showing the prizes and then zip up your \hm2archive folder for today after all the files have been archived (which may require you to close your poker client and restart hm2). If you are playing lots of SNGs of all the same buyin/name we only need one screen shot for that game type.
