Create your popup in the HUD Settings > Popup Designer, assign it to the specific stat in your preferred HUD using the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance menu, then enable the HUD Settings > General Settings > Advanced Settings > [x] 'Click for stat popup' option so stat specific popups will show on click rather than hover.

Can you be more specific about what you are asking for or suggesting? In the Reports we have the 'Show or hide the hole cards grid' feature that might be what you are after.

The caddyspark can only be shown on the note icon so you will need to add that to the HUD. Any further questions about NC functionality should be asked in the NoteCaddy support thread.

i have a question about how the auto rate system works.

if i have a set of rules for a player type that is -
and statement 1
and statement 2
or statement 3

does this translate to (statement 1 and statement 2) or statement 3
or statement 1 and (statement 2 or statement 3)
?

Having trouble with the replayer randomly today. Cannot replay any hands. The replayer pops up but either gets stuck on "loading hands" or stuck on a blank replayer. Any suggestions besides a reinstall?

Please close HM2 and delete the files in the following folder:

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\Replayer

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

It should be your first thought:

'(statement 1 and statement 2) or statement 3'

but I just tried testing this to be sure and it doesn't seem to be working properly for me with the rules I created for some reason so I have forwarded it to our testers for investigation.

Just a heads up to the fact the every time Windows ( 10 ) updates itself i have to reset network adapter to make Postgre connect to HM2 ( i dont even really know what any of that means i just followed the step by step on fixing it and that was the thing that got it to work ).

I have had to do it the last 2 times now i only run windows defender FWIW.

Thanks. I am not sure why this happens to some postgresql users and not others. I have had 2 win 10 updates the past 2 weeks and it did not affect me (I have literally never had a postgresql connection error on my machine) but it sounds like I should update our basic postgresql connection FAQ we link to for these issues so that those steps are the first thing customers try if they lost connection after a Windows update.

HUD Settings > Stat Appearance menu. Choose the HUD you want to customize in the upper left, choose the stat in the Selected Stat window then assign the color range.

If you assign a color range to a stat that is also in a popup the same color ranges will apply in both locations only if you enable the HUD Settings > General Settings > Advanced Settings > [x] 'Apply color coding for popup stats' option so make sure that setting is un-checked.

Am I the only one having trouble connecting to the PostgreSQL database?

Everytime I open HM2 it says the PostgreSQL service is not running and that there was an error starting the service.

I recently installed Table Tamer... could this have something to do with it?

I do not think Table Tamer uses a postgresql database so that should not affect it. The most common causes of postgresql connection issues are your choice of antivirus (and their updates) or Windows updates.

If you had a recent Windows update try Winsock Reset portion of PostgreSQL FAQ first. If that doesn't help try all of the suggestions on our basic PostgreSQL connection issues FAQ.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

i) Select the player in the reports (or find any hand you played with him when your hero is set in the reports using the More Reports > VsPlayer report), open a hand in the replayer, open the note editor, and delete/edit the notes.

ii) No, this is not possible. You can make a note on a player, or on a specific hand (and by street for the hand as well) but you can not make a note on a specific/whole session. It was requested (as well as the ability to make a tournament note) but it was not a popular request so it was never implemented.

hi there. Can you tell me how im able to view my vpip, pfr, aggression factor, fold to 3bet, total time played etc in reports tab? I see tournament results, tournament winnings graph and tournaments.


In my old hem2 database, i had a tab that showed my stats and those things i mentioned. I believe i added this manually last time? I recalled it had time played, my vpip, pfr, aggression factor, 3bet and fold to 3 bet, cbet percentage, cbet success etc?

Those stats about your play based on total hands play are best seen in the More Reports > Overall report. There is a Tourney Duration stat in the Select Report Statistics menu that you can see on the More Reports > Tournament Stats report, or you can add to the other Reports you mentioned that show time played per tournament, but since it is a tournament specific stat and not a hand specific stat it won't work on the Overall Report I first mentioned. The easiest was to see total and average duration is to click the little Trophy Icon in between the various report grids.
