Hem2 is not importing all hands from ipoker. I get hud and it imports most of hands but misses some spots and it gives me faulty information about ev. + sucks because cant mark these hands for review.

Are you playing speed tables? See this suggestion how to retrieve the hands from their client that they are not writing properly. If they don't write the hands we can't import them.

I know the link. I know some reports are described there. 'Races' is not there. Hence my question itt.

Ok u added it postlaunch. Ok. U tellin me u are adding features without by info for your users ? Its gotta be somewhere .. like in patch notes at least ?

It may have been mentioned in the release notes when it was added but I doubt it included much of a detailed description other than to say the new report was added since it is a fairly common poker term and one of the more self explanatory reports in my opinoin. I have made a note that we need to update this FAQ page and add descriptions for this and any other missing reports when we have some spare time for FAQ updates.

HEM1 here, just finished my first sesh of the new year. An odd problem has appeared. The amount won displayed on my graph(and 'sessions' report) does not match the amount won displayed on the 'Reports' page. The number of hands listed are all exactly the same but the amount won is different. What's going on?

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...mmon+Questions

Delete/Import the hands or import them to a new database and see if you have the same problem.

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

Had installed 8259 update on 31st Dec., and had no such problem of 'wrong clock' as people had. Now on 3rd here PT, HEM suddenly crashed and after restart it shows the Y2K error message. Reinstalled 8259, but still the same. WTF?

EDIT: still the same even after I changed my time to 2014

I have problems with my Hold manager2. When I start the software a message popup saying this: the postgree SQL service cannot be found. what shold I do?

This is usually a firewall or windows update issue and the following guide gives a step by step guide:

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser).

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using? Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles can cause communication issues between Holdem Manager and PostgreSQL.

Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager and we can rule out it being a security software issue:

1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles completely. Disabling them never fully disables them and they will continue to prevent communication in the background.
2) Reboot your computer
3) Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ender+Problems
4) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/ We have found this security software works without issue with Holdem Manager in the vast majority of cases, With Windows 8 its installed as part of the operating system already.

HEM is showing hero stats but i have it turned off in the options. The only thing that has changed since i played yesterday is i re-installed the 888 client.

Are all of your hole cards showing for every hand? It looks like you are having a problem we have seen reported a few times recently. The pacific/888 client fails to write the hole cards for some/most of your hands so then it doesn't recognize you as the hero.

Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...olders+HM2+use

If you continue to have problems, try changing the path in the 888 client where it writes hands to a new folder such as C:\888hands - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...28888%29+Poker

If that doesn't help please disable any antivirus/firewalls, reinstall the software and choose English language during installation if prompted. If that doesn't solve it for some reason please reinstall it again as instructed but make sure you install the poker client to a different drive/partition as one of the customers said it was having problems only when installed to the default path on his C drive and once he installed it to a custom path on his other D drive it worked fine.

You may have to reinstall the software 3 or 4 times before it starts saving the hands properly with all the holecards.

If none of that helps you will need to ask the pacific support team why their software is not saving the hole cards for all of your hands you play.

Yo Fozzy, me again..

My hud isn't showing anymore on zoom tables, but hands are being imported in DB thou.
I ran the latest HM2 update and I first started up HM2 and then PS, but all no use..

You may be any suggestions?

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you stars PokerStars again.

Im playing superturbo sit and gos. It seems like I have to do this thing u suggested always? today it didint work again and after I update it, the hand shows in my hem. I wonder how often I have to update this information to get right stats. For example I updated it 3 days ago last time and then today, I wonder if I get all missed hands from past days too?

I thought it was mostly a speed table issue but it could certainly affect other tables. I don't play at ipoker and am not sure if it updates lifetime information or how far it goes back. I would suggest you ask their support staff for more details about that feature but if it were me I would try and do it 5 or 10 minutes after every session or maybe at least once per day.

Its just has the basic stats. I know what the 1st & 2nd stat is & also the 4th but im not sure what the 3rd stat is?
Also the 1st stat vpip is that a percentage of the hands played or actually number of hands played?
I know I can add stats etc. but I wouldn't have a clue how to put them on.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can find out what stats are in the HUD you are using in the HUD Settings > HUD Designer. The Default 2.0 HUD is:

name / total hands
tot vpip / tot pfr / postflop aggression factor / tot 3bet

VPIP = Pct of hands where player voluntarily put money into the pot

HUD Stats are added/removed and their attributes edited in the HUD Settings menu.
